Townhome holiday rentals in Keizersgracht

Es war unsere erste Nutzung von Airbnb. Für uns war es der perfekte Kurzurlaub in Familie. Johan hat uns schon erwartet und sehr freundlich begrüßt und das Haus gezeigt. Die Unterkunft hat sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer mit dem Wintergarten und draußen die zwei kleinen Gartentische mit den Stühlen sowie der Steg am Wasser mit dem Sitzsack zum relaxen. Die Küche war mit zwei Kaffeeautomaten und gut ausreichenden hübschen Geschirr sowie allen notwendigen Utensil ausgestattet. In der 1. Etage waren das schicke Badezimmer und die ruhigen Schlafräume. Auch 2 Fahrräder von Johan haben wir genutzt, zwei weitere Räder haben wir von den ganz netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn geliehen. Im Verleih war alles ausgebucht… Unser Gastgeber Johan war für uns immer zeitnah erreichbar, hat uns sehr gute Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Essen gehen gegeben. Kurzum: wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, würden gern wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Clean and spacious place and well equipped. Sue was answering fast and was helpfull. Nearby restaurants and market. Parking on the street, we always found a place, even at late evening.

I stayed for a month, and the apartment was great. It was so lovely to sit at the open windows overlooking the canal, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, and it's a short bike ride to anywhere. The tour of the upstairs was fascinating! Good to know: Part of the beauty of this place is that it's near the center, in the old section. That means there are canals everywhere, it has tons of character and history, and it's easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. It also means that it is near a touristy area. Don't let that stop you! I don't like the hordes of tourists at all, but I was happy here. I simply rode a few blocks away at the busiest times to escape. And Herengracht itself in front of the building isn't crowded. Sure, canal tour boats glide by, but they're fun to watch. The couch is comfy, the chairs are less so, but two people can enjoy the couch. The kitchen is a little bit worn, but it was clean and served my purposes (I did not cook). I would return!

Très belle maison vaste avec un extérieur sympa donnant sur le canal, terrasse à la sortie de la salle de vie et ponton sur l'eau. Accès à la gare centrale direct (20mn) avec le tramway qui part à 100 m de la maison et revient juste en face. Très belles chambres et place de parking au sous-sol. Je recommande.

We loved Barbara’s home. It was really beautiful and in a great neighborhood right next to the park. We especially enjoyed hanging with the cats. The place had everything we needed and nice clear instructions. They even left us a bottle of wine which was so sweet! We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We had an absolutely marvellous stay at Martijn's place. It was a stunning property, with all of the amenities, close walking distance to beautiful canals and coffee spots, with a tram stop right around the corner. The highlight of the stay was their gorgeous fluffy boy, Coen, who was a sweet and squishy feline we were more than happy to share the space with. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alina and Tony's home. We were traveling with our 14 month old so it was great to have a crib, high chair and toys for her to play with. The house was super spacious and comfortable and it was beautiful to stay next to the canal! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our group of 4 enjoyed Mieke’s accommodations. We cooked in for breakfast and dinner; grocery store close and kitchen well stocked. Comfortable livingroom and beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. The garden space outside added a touch of hominess, along with her adorable cats; Willem especially entertained us! Location was great with trams to city center only a block away. Very responsive.

Yvette nous a chaleureusement accueillis à notre arrivée et nous a fait découvrir son logement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons également apprécié le petit jardin. Le logement était impeccable et conforme à l’annonce. Une délicate attention nous attendait sur le plan de travail de la cuisine : un petit mot de bienvenue accompagné d’un paquet de stroopwafels… un régal, merci Yvette ! L’emplacement du logement est idéal pour cela, la plupart des sites à découvrir étant accessibles en moins d’une heure de route. Le centre-ville se trouve à deux pas et un supermarché est à moins de 5 minutes à pied, très pratique. La communication avec Yvette a été irréprochable. Toujours disponible, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a même transmis une liste de restaurants qu’elle recommande. Petit plus très apprécié : elle a eu la gentillesse de régler notre stationnement lorsque c’était nécessaire. Seul léger inconvénient : l’escalier assez raide pour accéder à l'étage.

It meet and exceeded our expectations! The location is great for those seeking to get outside the city and bike through the countryside. It’s a quick bike ride into town and near by trails. The house was spotless, with well equipped kitchen for those who are looking to eat in. Perfect home for a family with kids. Our kids enjoyed the playground around the corner! The host provided recommendations for restaurants , attractions (including estimated bike times to each place) and what to do with your kids on a rainy day. Amazing place. The host that shared their home. It’s not an investment property it’s their home and we’re grateful they were willing to share it.

Our family had a fabulous stay in Utrecht at Laurens' house. It was very clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The neighbourhood has lots to do and some great cafes. It's about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre, but not a problem if you rent bikes and there are a lot of bike rental spots near the house. We have two small children and had a great time exploring the nearby neighbourhood playgrounds and bike routes. There is a great animal park nearby, too. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is staying in Utrecht. Hopefully we will be back in a few years! Thank you, Laurens and Tiffany!

Un très agréable voyage à Amsterdam pour notre famille et notamment grâce à une très agréable et paisible maison de charme, bien pensé pour les familles. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, les enfants jouent devant les maisons dans la rue avec très peu de passages de véhicules du côté jardin. Le jardin justement permet de manger et jouer à l'extérieur, le grand salon permet de se retrouver dans un coin plus cosy, les chambres sont spacieuses et pleine de vie. La salle de bain avec douche et baignoire est un plus !! La maison est à moins de 10 minutes à pieds (avec poussette) du métro en passant par la voie piétonne bordant les canaux, les transports en communs sont un plaisir de part la propreté et l'accessibilité ! L'hôte, Winston, nous à donné des indications très claires pour l'accès au logement et pour notre installation. Il est disponible très rapidement et répond à toutes nos questions. Merci Winston et sa famille !!! je recommande vivement ce logement !

Pim's place was perfect for our stay. He and Saskia were very kind, responsive, and helpful. Check-in and out were so easy and clear. The place was homey and well designed. We especially loved the plants, art, huge bath, and usable kitchen. My daughter loved the little kids room and kept saying she never wanted to leave. Highly recommended! Thank you Pim and Saskia!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à 4 personnes (2 adultes + 2 ado). Logement très agréable, calme, reposant, propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Un Ptit cocon pour se détendre après de longues journées de visite d'Amsterdam et ces alentours. Accès au métro à 10mn en voiture puis 2 stations de météo pour se retrouver directement t à la gare centrale d'Amsterdam. Logement situé au Nord et à 20mn de Voledam, Marken ou encore Zaanse Schans (moulins à vent). Notre hôte est très accueillante, bienveillante et super réactive. Nous conseillons fortement ce bel endroit. Encore merci Noëllie 👍👍👌

Jan Paul is an extremely proactive and friendly host. His house is in the perfect peaceful location yet very close to the city centre. The house is full of charm, very well equipped and very spacious. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to in Utrecht.

We loved staying in Heidi's home. it was very easy to find with a train stop right across from the house. the house itself was very clean, the beds were comfy and the garden is a lovely addition. there are playgrounds near by so ideal for children we did have a couple of issues but Heidi was quick to respond. overall it's an ideal location for a family.

We had a family reunion in Haarlem, at Ilaria's lovely house. We enjoyed everything and were really at ease in the house. The flexible check-in and check-out helped a lot with our plans. Ilaria kindly took care of making us very comfortable. I definitely recommend this lovely house.

The house of René’s is much better than what in the pictures, which was designed and renovated with high quality and tast. I love the garden as well, with the beautiful rose and birds. Every morning you will be waken up by the nice birds singing. The location is easy for both pedestrians and for those with bike, auto or boat. René makes notes clearly. You would find all facilities easy to use. Next time if I go to Muiten I would definitely choose the same house.

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Amsterdam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

This was the perfect house for me and our three kids (17, 15, 13). The moment we walked in, we felt at home. It's a gorgeous house with so much character and history to it, beautifully decorated and with lots of space for all of us to hang out and sleep. The location is also fantastic: safe, pretty and you can walk/bike everywhere easily from there plus take a train from the nearby central station to get to yet other places. Nanja is a wonderful host, our communication was seamless. Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

Perfect holiday despite changeable weather and rail strikes. Adrie and Sacco are lovely, kind people..thank you so much! House is very well equipped in a brilliant location. We enjoyed long walks around Juliana park and the new city beach and of course around the boat havens. We hope to come back next year.
