Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

This was a perfect place to stay, in every way! We loved the location, on an inner canal, and found it easy to walk everywhere. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within a block or two. The room is a beautiful, spacious and quiet, with a gorgeous view of the canal. The huge, modern bathroom was wonderful. We opened the windows and enjoyed coffee and the view each morning. Joost was a great host. He’s very friendly and was always responsive and helpful and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage in a storage closet upon arrival a d departure.

The location of this apartment is simply fantastic. It is the most beautiful neighborhood in Amsterdam, with a lot of life, a lot of greenery and people who enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is unique, designed to be used even in the cold (electric blankets). A first floor of steep stairs (typical of Amsterdam). Spacious room, comfortable bed, very good shower, beautiful decoration, private toilet, (next to the room). They allowed us to drop off our luggage before the scheduled time. There is a shared refrigerator and microwave on the upper floor. The only point (not something that can be modified by the owners) is that it is very close to a church that rings the bells, even at dawn, but the owners provide earplugs. Everything is planned to enjoy Amsterdam. We would happily stay again!

Due to its beautiful location and 5 minutes distance to the station, we could reach everywhere on foot or by train. Rebecca's instructions were good and the house was tidy. She had an ideal livable house for 2 people
