Townhome holiday rentals in Keizersgracht

It was our first use of Airbnb. For us, it was the perfect getaway in family. Johan was already expecting us and greeted us in a very friendly way and showed the house. The accommodation was very pleasing, especially the living room with the conservatory and outside the two small garden tables with the chairs as well as the jetty on the water with the beanbag to relax. The kitchen was equipped with two coffee machines and well sufficient pretty dishes as well as all necessary utensils. On the 1st floor were the chic bathroom and quiet bedrooms. We also used 2 bikes from Johan, two more bikes we borrowed from the very nice and helpful neighbors. Everything was fully booked in the rental... Our host Johan was always available to us in a timely manner, gave us very good tips for the sights and eating out. In short: we felt very comfortable, would like to come back and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Clean and spacious place and well equipped. Sue was answering fast and was helpfull. Nearby restaurants and market. Parking on the street, we always found a place, even at late evening.

I stayed for a month, and the apartment was great. It was so lovely to sit at the open windows overlooking the canal, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, and it's a short bike ride to anywhere. The tour of the upstairs was fascinating! Good to know: Part of the beauty of this place is that it's near the center, in the old section. That means there are canals everywhere, it has tons of character and history, and it's easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. It also means that it is near a touristy area. Don't let that stop you! I don't like the hordes of tourists at all, but I was happy here. I simply rode a few blocks away at the busiest times to escape. And Herengracht itself in front of the building isn't crowded. Sure, canal tour boats glide by, but they're fun to watch. The couch is comfy, the chairs are less so, but two people can enjoy the couch. The kitchen is a little bit worn, but it was clean and served my purposes (I did not cook). I would return!

Very nice spacious house with a nice exterior overlooking the canal, terrace at the exit of the living room and dock on the water. Access to the direct central station (20mn) with the tram that departs 100m from the house and comes back right in front. Very nice rooms and parking space in the basement. I recommend.

We loved Barbara’s home. It was really beautiful and in a great neighborhood right next to the park. We especially enjoyed hanging with the cats. The place had everything we needed and nice clear instructions. They even left us a bottle of wine which was so sweet! We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We had an absolutely marvellous stay at Martijn's place. It was a stunning property, with all of the amenities, close walking distance to beautiful canals and coffee spots, with a tram stop right around the corner. The highlight of the stay was their gorgeous fluffy boy, Coen, who was a sweet and squishy feline we were more than happy to share the space with. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alina and Tony's home. We were traveling with our 14 month old so it was great to have a crib, high chair and toys for her to play with. The house was super spacious and comfortable and it was beautiful to stay next to the canal! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our group of 4 enjoyed Mieke’s accommodations. We cooked in for breakfast and dinner; grocery store close and kitchen well stocked. Comfortable livingroom and beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. The garden space outside added a touch of hominess, along with her adorable cats; Willem especially entertained us! Location was great with trams to city center only a block away. Very responsive.

Yvette warmly welcomed us on arrival and introduced us to her home, decorated with great taste. We also enjoyed the small garden. The place was spotless and as advertised. A delicate attention awaited us on the kitchen counter: a small welcome note accompanied by a packet of stroopwafels… a treat, thank you Yvette! The location of the listing is ideal for this, with most of the sites to discover being within an hour's drive. The city center is a stone's throw away and a supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk away, very convenient. Communication with Yvette was impeccable. Always available, she answered any questions we had and even gave us a list of restaurants she recommends. A little much appreciated: she was kind enough to pay for our parking when needed. Only slight inconvenience: the staircase steep enough to get upstairs.

It meet and exceeded our expectations! The location is great for those seeking to get outside the city and bike through the countryside. It’s a quick bike ride into town and near by trails. The house was spotless, with well equipped kitchen for those who are looking to eat in. Perfect home for a family with kids. Our kids enjoyed the playground around the corner! The host provided recommendations for restaurants , attractions (including estimated bike times to each place) and what to do with your kids on a rainy day. Amazing place. The host that shared their home. It’s not an investment property it’s their home and we’re grateful they were willing to share it.

Our family had a fabulous stay in Utrecht at Laurens' house. It was very clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The neighbourhood has lots to do and some great cafes. It's about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre, but not a problem if you rent bikes and there are a lot of bike rental spots near the house. We have two small children and had a great time exploring the nearby neighbourhood playgrounds and bike routes. There is a great animal park nearby, too. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is staying in Utrecht. Hopefully we will be back in a few years! Thank you, Laurens and Tiffany!

This place is stunning. We had a family reunion with our parents in Amsterdam, so looking forward to a place to stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with about 7 min from metro/bus station. Tip: check with host on how to get there from metro, Google was misleading for us and we did an extra way to apartment. The neighbors were very friendly and a lot of kids around(we traveled with our 2,5 year old).

Pim's place was perfect for our stay. He and Saskia were very kind, responsive, and helpful. Check-in and out were so easy and clear. The place was homey and well designed. We especially loved the plants, art, huge bath, and usable kitchen. My daughter loved the little kids room and kept saying she never wanted to leave. Highly recommended! Thank you Pim and Saskia!

We stayed 3 nights for 4 people (2 adults + 2 teenagers). Very pleasant accommodation, quiet, relaxing, clean, with all the necessities. A little cocoon to relax after long days of sightseeing in and around Amsterdam. Metro access 10mn by car then 2 weather stations to meet directly at Amsterdam Central Station. Property located in the North and 20 minutes from Voledam, Marken or Zaanse Schans (windmills). Our host is very welcoming, caring and super responsive. We highly recommend this beautiful place. Jan Paul is an extremely proactive and friendly host. His house is in the perfect peaceful location yet very close to the city centre. The house is full of charm, very well equipped and very spacious. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to in Utrecht.

We loved staying in Heidi's home. it was very easy to find with a train stop right across from the house. the house itself was very clean, the beds were comfy and the garden is a lovely addition. there are playgrounds near by so ideal for children we did have a couple of issues but Heidi was quick to respond. overall it's an ideal location for a family.

We had a family reunion in Haarlem, at Ilaria's lovely house. We enjoyed everything and were really at ease in the house. The flexible check-in and check-out helped a lot with our plans. Ilaria kindly took care of making us very comfortable. I definitely recommend this lovely house.

The house of René’s is much better than what in the pictures, which was designed and renovated with high quality and tast. I love the garden as well, with the beautiful rose and birds. Every morning you will be waken up by the nice birds singing. The location is easy for both pedestrians and for those with bike, auto or boat. René makes notes clearly. You would find all facilities easy to use. Next time if I go to Muiten I would definitely choose the same house.

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

Very nice host, everything was smooth and nice

This was the perfect house for me and our three kids (17, 15, 13). The moment we walked in, we felt at home. It's a gorgeous house with so much character and history to it, beautifully decorated and with lots of space for all of us to hang out and sleep. The location is also fantastic: safe, pretty and you can walk/bike everywhere easily from there plus take a train from the nearby central station to get to yet other places. Nanja is a wonderful host, our communication was seamless. Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

Perfect holiday despite changeable weather and rail strikes. Adrie and Sacco are lovely, kind people..thank you so much! House is very well equipped in a brilliant location. We enjoyed long walks around Juliana park and the new city beach and of course around the boat havens. We hope to come back next year.
