My wife and I stayed here for about 2 weeks and it was a great stay for us. The apartment was spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Pradeep was super responsive and gracious by offering an early check-in and late check-out at no charge. The location was great - yes about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Path Train Station that takes you to NY City or Hoboken. Will definitely recommend this apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood felt safe and the airport was close by. It was easy for uber or Lyft to pick you up and is relatively close to the city.

What originally drew me to this listing, besides the look of the place, was how complete and informative his listing was…very helpful esp not being familiar with the area. Our stay was perfect, everything was as advertised…clean, well stocked and close to all we wanted to do and would definitely recommend staying at CH Residence in Bayonne!! Thank you for everything 😊

Amazing stay! From check-in to check-out, we had the perfect stay! Very clean, comfortable and a good view of the city skyline on a good night. Bus to the city comes fairly frequently but with how the Lincoln tunnel is, be prepared for a 10 minute bus ride to take up to 30 minutes. Air conditioning is a bit on the loud side but it acted as perfect white noise for us. There are many restaurants nearby, most of them within walking distance.

Excellent Stay – Thoughtful Hosts and Great Location I had a very pleasant stay with Shelly and Abe. They thoughtfully prepared everything I might need—coffee, snacks, cooking oil, laundry pods, and more. Most hosts only provide the basics, but I didn’t have to buy anything extra myself this time. They even left a bottle of red wine, which made me feel especially welcome. The location is also very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to Newark Penn Station. If you're heading to downtown Jersey City or Manhattan, the PATH train is the most common and efficient option. There are also some light rail stations nearby, though I didn’t use them during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place—especially for those who plan to cook or need easy access to public transportation.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

The brick wall house was a great stay with beautiful interiors. It felt like home with all the amenities available, also very clean. Andres was very responsive on replying to messages and also provided blender on my request. Great host. Had a small confusion on the doors and it's keys, Andres helped in sorting it out immediately. The only draw back in this stay happened to be the neighborhood it was not suitable for walking around at night. Just couple of streets past this ocean avenue was very pleasant and good neighborhood but not this one. Use only cabs and delivery apps at night.

Jennifer's place is hands-down my favorite AirBnB accommodation that I have stayed at this far-- Jennifer is a lovely person, and I had the best sleep in a very long time in the extremely cozy bed, plus I got to watch the nice TV, the temperature was perfect, I was conveniently able to do a quick load of laundry that I needed for work the next day, the shower was absolutely heavenly, I had my morning coffee/snacks/water readily available that Jennifer left there for me, the fridge was excellent, having the microwave accessible was perfect, parking was conveniently located right out front super close.... On a scale from 1-10, Jennifer's place scores over 100!!! :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's place. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Penn Station, making it super easy to reach New York City in under 30 minutes. Getting into the accommodation was hassle-free thanks to the digital lock. The home is spacious and exactly as shown in the listing photos. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The dining area was one of our favorite spots—perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast with a lovely morning ambiance. We had visited the near by supermarket and grill house at the corner and it was very convenient Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we're visiting New York.

Carol’s place was very clean, cheery, and thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home! She is a clear and proactive communicator. The neighborhood is peaceful. Finding parking was a bit challenging at times but not impossible. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alicia was incredibly responsive and friendly. She lives downstairs, but you’d never know unless you happen to run into her and if you do, she’s a total gem. Talking with her feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and the home was thoughtfully stocked, including toiletries in the bathrooms, which was a great touch. The backyard was a highlight. It was perfect for gathering with family and friends. It’s a great space to unwind and spend quality time outdoors. A fun bonus: Alicia let us try her new Ninja grill, which was awesome! We had so much fun using it that now my family wants one too. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Great hosts, very clean and modern amenities, the rooftop view is amazing!

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

This place was amazing. Cozy, homey, friendly and warm, everything you could think of. Ozge helped us a bunch with clear instructions of check in and check out and was always responsive whenever something came up. I would 100% stay here again!
