Mark is an extremely responsive host. The cottage was quaint and had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, and he was proactive about communication with us as well as responsive when we had questions. The area has lots of great restaurants but is still safe and quiet. We will absolutely be back as I visit the area often. Five star review!

The place was small, cozy and VERY clean, which I really appreciated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great area quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. Plenty of street parking. Host responded quickly with anything that I needed. My only suggestion: there was no full-length mirror anywhere, which would have been helpful. There was occasional barking from their dog. Neither was a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning for full transparency. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay again. ✨ Thank you!!!

My bestfriend and I stayed here while in town for a concert. The home was very cute and cozy. Joylynn was a great host as well, very responsive, check-in and check out was super easy. Also, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Maria’s place was exactly what we expected and needed. It was a clean, nicely updated space at a good price to rest after spending days in NYC. It’s an easy Uber/Lyft to Hoboken to grab the PATH straight to WTC or Midtown. We even grabbed some meals in Hoboken instead of the city including a couple stops at Carlo’s Bakery. Highly recommend this as a more affordable and quieter option to staying in the city. The entry to the space does include an inclined area to the side of the house followed by a set of steps. Both were easy to maneuver, but be aware if you have any mobility issues. There is some street noise from behind the house. We wouldn’t have noticed in the bedroom, but you could hear it from the pull out couch. It was not a bother and quiet by comparison to NYC. Maria provided extra touches like a graduation balloon and sweet treats for our daughter. She also immediately came to help when we had difficulty with unlocking the door the first time (user error). Great choice!

My wife and I stayed here for about 2 weeks and it was a great stay for us. The apartment was spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Pradeep was super responsive and gracious by offering an early check-in and late check-out at no charge. The location was great - yes about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Path Train Station that takes you to NY City or Hoboken. Will definitely recommend this apartment. This apartment in Newark was quite the surprise to me! It had plenty of space, lots of amenities, and was in the heart of the bustling Ironbound neighborhood, which I learned is a Portuguese enclave of sorts with lots of Portuguese restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. For me, it was also great being just a 10 min skateboard ride from the bus to EWR and 15 mins from PATH/NJ Transit, so very well connected. I also felt very safe in this rental because it was only accessible from the back via a gate and also was in a very family oriented neighborhood.

Aida's residence was stunning and conveniently located near Met Life Stadium and New York City. Aida's home was tidy, the beds were cozy, and the overall ambiance was lovely, complemented by her exceptional hosting skills! We will definitely return.

I stayed here to be close to Met Life Stadium, which is roughly 25-30 minutes away. I found street parking easily, was given clear instructions, and had a seamless check-in. The space was clean and set up nicely. Chris was responsive and friendly.

Beautiful place, perfect to come back to after a cold night at MetLife stadium. Very safe and secure. Security downstairs and code access only into building. Only thing is parking garage is not attached to building so was slightly difficult to carry things to and from our vehicle.

Shelly and Abe are great hosts, communicative and nice. Their place is well maintained and has a nice rooftop perfect for the warm weather

The apartment was quite lovely. Very comfortable. Spacious, bright and set up with all the amenities we needed. Maria was extremely accommodating and hospitable. We had a great stay there. We discovered a great polish deli with delicious homemade foods within walking distance which was an added neighborhood bonus.

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

We loved our stay at Tim and Stacey's place. The beautiful apartment was clean and quiet, despite the busy location. The hosts were very responsive with helpful instructions. We would recommend it to any couples or families looking to visit New York City without the NYC prices, and we would happily stay there again!

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Raquel's place. The house is neat, stylish and in a very secure environment. The rooms, towels and sheets were clean and hygienic. The kitchen was very well equipped that we barely had to buy anything for cooking. There was a quaint little table for two, which is good to have evening or morning coffee in. Since there is two doors for the unit, one black and one teal, the place is super secure. It is also very conveniently near to public transports and has good connectivity to most of the places. The host was super responsive and kind. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and comfortable during our stay. We'd definitely book with her again. 10/10 would recommend for everyone

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city
