Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Spacious, family-friendly holiday apartment in a calm rural bavarian region. At the edge of the forest. Wonderful view over an idyllic yalley. Kitchen and bathroom just for you. Only 20 km to LEGOLAND. Large living room becomes a second bedroom. Also ideal for sports and active holidays. Starting point for hikes and bike tours. Swimming lakes, waterski and wakeboarding facilities and outdoor pool less than 10 km away. Near to the Allgäu Alps, the Swabian Alb and to Augsburg, Ulm or Munich.

Second Home

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Dear Guests, for special day requests please write me in advance. Family-friendly, kid-approved, bottom apartment (70sq.m. or approx. 750sq.ft.) of owner-occupied house, located at the foothills of the Alps, we are virtually the "last house" in town! On the beaten path of the famous Romantische Straße, the town of Wildsteig is a stopping point rich with Bavarian history, landmarks, and plenty of outdoor activities available for every age.

Family-friendly apartment on Lake Ammer

Family-friendly accommodation right on the beautiful Ammersee (about 50 m away from the jetty). The apartment is about 120 m² and ideally suited for a larger family. On request, it is possible to rent a second apartment in the same house, so that another family can be accommodated. Herrsching is optimally connected to the greater Munich area, the S-Bahn S8 is about 300 m away and runs directly to the city center or to the airport.

Vacation home for fitters near Legoland+Ulm

Our house is quietly yet centrally located. The nearest supermarket and bakery can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Beautiful living in Krumbach

With us you can expect a fully equipped apartment, with approx. 95 square meters of living space on the 2nd floor. Our house is very quietly located on the outskirts of Krumbach with a view of the countryside. On days with suitable weather, you can see the mountain range of the Alps.
