Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

We were very pleased. Roland is a very attentive host and took good care of us. Many little things that increase comfort were thought of, the kitchen is well equipped with many little things, even fresh ground coffee was in the cupboard.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

We stayed with Manuela for 2 days. The location is great for a city trip to Augsburg. The place is modernly decorated and has everything (and more😉) you need. Located in the middle of a residential area, you can also reach the various shopping facilities very well on foot. We felt very comfortable. Contact with the landlords (in person and by email) is very easy and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on vacation days. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

Beautiful nature and surroundings, many hiking trails Very nice well-kept accommodation with a great garden and natural pond, all fenced, was ideal for our dog 🐕 Great communication with Claudia and for the welcome there was mint/rosemary water great!! We'll be back for sure

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Very nice and cozy house, 30min car drive from füssen, the surrounding is very beautiful and peaceful with greens and cow. I was travelling with a baby, it’s wonderful that Veronica provided baby cot and baby chair, and even books and toys for baby to play with (had some peaceful time while baby focusing on the toys 🤣). Coffee and tea provided, kitchen tools are complete and we love that there’s dishwasher! We also love that there is washing machine, but no detergent, advice to bring own detergent because shops closed at 8pm in Germany 😅. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modernly furnished and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown, and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We were even able to have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

We felt very comfortable in Gloria's apartment. A quiet area, well located to reach hiking destinations either on foot or short distances by car. Everything was as in the pictures, sparkling clean and also very uncomplicated check-in and -out, the communication was great! Thank you for the wonderful time :)

Excellent apartment with everything you want, excellent bed for a great night's sleep. From 1 to 10, an 11 for this apartment and owner. We have loved our stay! Appartment is very bright and spacious. It has all necessary amenities and utensils. Kris is a very reliable host and is always responsive to the messages. Appartment Looks exactly like on the photos and the descriptions are true! The view outside the window is breathtaking! We definitely recommend the place and will return whenever we get a chance. We would have liked to have stayed for longer! Milla has offered a lovingly and cozily furnished accommodation in the super peaceful Peiting. Everything is available, we were just passing through, but if we go to the Allgäu next time, we will be happy to come back 😊
