Monthly Rentals in Kato Kalesia

This was the most beautiful place our family has ever stayed and the best airbnb experience we've ever had! It was great for a family vacation and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Kostas went above and beyond with everything - his mother came and cooked a Cretan meal for us on our first night, there was a homemade Greek cake, wine, and eggs. We recieved fresh eggs and more wine (made at the villa!) every few days, as well as more towels. We truly couldn't have asked for anything better - there was even a couple local cats who we managed to persuade to come say hi. This is THE place to stay!

We had a great stay at this small village house, very well equipped, functional, easy to access with self check-in, clean and like new. A small welcome basket of local products awaits us on the kitchen table. The jacuzzi is pure happiness after a long day away from home. The hosts are very responsive, available and friendly. In the middle of our stay all our sheets towels etc. were changed. In the kitchen there is everything you need to feel at home. Thanks to all this, we had a great trip to Crete. I recommend this little house to everyone, you can go there without a second thought.

The location is special, we celebrated it. Beautifully located. Totally quiet and a little off the beaten path. We were feeling absolutely safe. The local restaurants were just open at the beginning of May - it's village-like. Car is necessary. The prices fair, the people friendly. Visiting free-living cats. A cat has born her kittens near the accommodation and feels part of the house. The first micromarket is 5 minutes away, in Gazi (10 min) there are larger shopping opportunities. The bathroom is small and like everything about the house lovingly designed. From the height of 180 cm, the use of the toilet requires some flexibility because of the legroom. The house is a dream if you want to relax and come down.

We loved enjoying the back terrace with the dogs (especially the little old one) and having our lunch in their company. In the evening, the cats joined us for an aperitif in the courtyard. Very relaxing. We weren't sure if we could explore the surrounding area.
