We had a fantastic stay with Giannis. The house is spotless , comfortable, central, has a great view and all the amenities required. What made it so special was the warm hospitality of the hosts - that made sure we had everything we need and more, made useful suggestions for our itinerary on a daily bases, and made us feel very much at home on this beautiful island. very recommended! also great bakery few minutes up the road.

This is a lovely place in an absolutely amazing location, hosted by lovely people. Like all properties, there were some things about it that were slightly less than perfect, but the search for perfection is a fool's game, and all imperfections were quickly forgotten every time you step out of the door and into the garden. The outside spaces were especially lovely. I spent full days whiling away in the hammock. And it is the perfect distance to the centre of the village for a leasurely walk to and from lunch or dinner in the tavernas. I felt quite like John Hert playing Dr Iannis as I walked home of an evening. I am very glad to have spent my time here.

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful location! From the apartment there are amazing views of the ocean, the village below which runs up the mountain, and of course the surrounding mountains. Exploring the village by foot is a must! There are many things to discover here, and the village square at night is bustling with locals who wander down to socialise with each other, sharing a drink or a meal at the local cafe/bars/tavernas. One of our favourites was the taverna Mantouvala which is next to and overlooks the ocean, fantastic views and great food. Our hosts Irini & her husband Foti are amazing! Very friendly and welcoming, not only to the apartment, but also to their home. They are a great source of information about the local culture and will recommend many things to see and do. If you're looking for and authentic Greek island escape without the large tourist crowds, then we would recommend a visit to Karavostimo. We would come here again without hesitation!

Perfect stay. Very beautiful and quiet surroundings, an amazing place to wake up. Stathoula is a wonderful host, offering delicious food from her garden. She made our stay very special and we hope to return. πολύ καλό !
