We loved our self-proclaimed long weekend away at this spot. It was cozy and comfort and we felt right at home. The home is big enough for our family of 8, and we'll definitely visit again.

Watty and Lezanne were so friendly and helpful , with what we could do in the area . During our stay it was very cold and Lezanne made sure we had enough wood to burn in the fireplace . So grateful for the fireplace otherwise it would been freezing cold .

Our stay was utterly peaceful. Mountain ranges hem you in from the East and the West. Aside from the comfortable and clean accommodation, with all the amenities to comfortably tale care of oneself, the garden is full of ancient and still growing trees brimming with birds to soothe your soul. The hosts are kind and curious, without being at all imposing. I can highly recommend this spot for anyone who would like to rekindle their relationship with tranquility and authenticity.

We were there just to have a night before we started the Otter Trail. It is the most beautiful place so very peaceful. Thando who welcomed us was just one big friendly smile. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Actually Bianca was a hostess who did not hold back in welcoming you with all the extras from coffee pods, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand creams. (Electric blankets, lovely fire place that actually worked well) Felt like you were really welcomed and those tiny little extras made a difference in the atmosphere. I wish we could have stayed longer it was the most comfortable , peaceful, private spot. With so much to do and explore if we had the time. Brilliant location.
