House holiday rentals in Karaburun

I have been using this platform for 7 years. I use AirBnb for most of my domestic and international travels. Among all my travels, Mr. Burhan's house was definitely the best quality, the most "homely", the most friendly, the most comfortable and definitely the cleanest. The house is designed to cover and accommodate everything you need. 5 ultra-luxurious rooms, each with a separate bathroom and toilet, were delivered sparkling clean. The housekeepers are available 24 hours a day to respond to your support requests and fulfill almost any request. Mr. Burhan asked if we had a request every day, and he was incredibly helpful. Every part of the house is designed with a sense of luxury. From the 100" TV in the living room to the pool ceramics, even the finest details are equipped with the highest quality products. Confidentiality and privacy are highly valued. The security of the house is very well provided. I will choose Mr. Burhan's house without hesitation for my future travels in the future.

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

Shops and restaurants were within walking distance, but a car is needed to explore the stunning beaches and nearby villages like Alaçatı. Mehmet, the host, was great—thanks to him, we had a wonderful stay and are already planning to come back!

Mr. Enis provided quick response and solution to all our requests. Great location of the house. It was tidy and clean. We were very pleased. Just because the neighboring balcony is so close, you can't help but be friendly, and we got along with the neighbors, we had no problems. Thanks for everything.

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Super photogenic, traditional style house. Very clean and well equipped. It’s about 5km outside the main town so you will need a car if you want to explore the island. Recommend CRC Car Rental Chios. The setting is breathtaking, beautiful courtyard and views of the water. Chios is just a magical place in the world and this little gem is all part of that magic

I can say that it is one of the most beautiful places to stay in Foça. The center has convenient parking, and the sea and restaurants are easily accessible. All the amenities mentioned before are available at home, and when we entered, we were greeted with clean smells and the nice note of Mr. İlhan and Ms. Bircan. Ms. Bircan was always in contact with us, even though she was far away, from the beginning to the end of our initiative. I would recommend to anyone.

First of all, I would like to express my endless gratitude to Mr. Mert and his wife for the service and gestures they have offered us. I would like to state that the pool is private and they make their guests feel like family members. It is one of the most suitable and comfortable areas you can find in the Urla region.

We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooftop patio was marvelous. It was a little further from the town center than I expected, but we had nice walks to the boardwalk and to coffee. The unit is compact but well-appointed; we cooked a simple dinner and did our laundry. Best the best feature is the double-deck roof patio. Watching the sun set as we enjoyed the cool of the day was a treat!

We had a lovely three days. The house was clean and very sweet. It was very good for us that it was so close to the beach. Thanks to Mr. Arkun for making us have a peaceful holiday.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

The house overlooks a beautiful garden with sheep and hens. The sweet smell of orange blossoms and the sound of the birds singing helps you to relax instantly. The house is lovely with an excellent outside area to read a book or listen to the singing from the nearby churches. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. We felt very comfortable, especially the terrace for breakfast, we thought it was great. There was enough space for four people and the decor was very nice. We would book with Merve again on our next vacation.

Nice and cozy place with very comfortable bed even for my husband (186cm 100kg) which is very rare ;) especially in Greece where You get either hard as wood or extremely soft mattress We love the view from the porch and house location, you get peace and quietness combined with good point to explore south and central part of Chios.
