Tüm seyahatlerim arasında kesinlikle en kalitelisi, en "ev gibi" hissettireni, en cana yakını, en konforlusu ve kesinlikle en temizi Burhan Bey'in eviydi. Ev, ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi kapsayacak ve barındıracak şekilde dizayn edilmiş. 5 ultra lüks oda, her odada ayrı banyo ve tuvalet, noktasına kadar pırıl pırıl teslim edildi. Evin yardımcıları 24 saat sizin destek taleplerinize cevap vermek için hazırda bekliyor ve hemen her isteğinizi yerine getiriyor. Burhan Bey, her gün bir talebimiz olup olmadığını sordu, inanılmaz yardımcı oldu. Evin her noktası lüks anlayışla tasarlanmış. Salondaki 100" üstü TV'cen tutun, havuz seramiklerine kadar en ince detaylar bile en kaliteli ürünlerle donatılmış. Gizlilik ve mahremiyet çok önemsenmiş. Evin güvenliği çok iyi sağlanmış. Bundan sonraki seyahatlerimde de hiç düşünmeden Burhan Bey'in evini tercih edeceğim.

Bonjour, tout d’abord nous comptons remercier Burak et son papa Mustafa pour cet accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. La villa était très propre et comme sur les photos les propriétaires sont soucieux de notre bien-être. Ils nous ont même conseillé pour faire des activités et trouver des bons restaurants. Je conseille fortement. La villa est très bien située, nous avons tout à proximité, il y a même un Carrefour à 100 m. Merci encore. À très vite, je reviendrai.

Konaklama gününe kadar Ferhat beyle iletişim halindeydik sorulara hızlı ve çözüm odaklı dönüşler sağladı. Konaklama yapacağımız gün Sebiha hanım ile tanıştık daha telefon konuşmasında bile samimi ve içten sesi içinizi rahatlatmaya yetiyor. Her şey o kadar mükemmeldi ki Çeşmede tekrar geleceğimiz bir evimiz oldu diyebilirim :) Her yer tertemiz pırıl pırıldı mis gibi temizlik kokuyordu :) Sebiha hanımın kahvaltımıza yaptığı jest çok ince düşünülmüştü. Evdeki her detay tek kelime ile kusursuzdu. Sebiha hanımın bizi yolcu ederken arkamızdan su dökmesi ve güzel dileklerde temennilerde bulunması çok güzel ve çok ince bir davranıştı. Ferhat bey ve annesi Sebiha hanıma her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden, die Lage war uns nicht unbekannt und dementsprechend toll. Die Villa war genauso wie auf den Bildern. Lars und Hümeyra waren super Gastgeber, wir haben immer schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Bei Fragen stand eine Ansprechperson direkt zur Verfügung. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und auch zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Wir waren zu 6. und alle mehr als glücklich. Die Einrichtung war mega.

Here’s a polished and concise version of your review: We were impressed by the beautiful garden full of flowers and the private pool. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance, but a car is needed to explore the stunning beaches and nearby villages like Alaçatı. Mehmet, the host, was great—thanks to him, we had a wonderful stay and are already planning to come back!

Enis bey tüm isteklerimize hızlı dönüş ve çözüm sağladı. Evin konumu çok iyi. Düzenli ve temizdi. Çok memnun kaldık. Sadece komşu balkon çok yakın olduğu için ister istemez samimi oluyosunuz, biz komşularla da anlaştık hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Çok güzel bir üç gün geçirdik. Ev temiz ve çok tatlıydı. Sahile bu kadar yakın olması bizim için çok iyi oldu. Huzur dolu bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladığı için Arkun beye teşekkürler.

Super photogenic, traditional style house. Very clean and well equipped. It’s about 5km outside the main town so you will need a car if you want to explore the island. Recommend CRC Car Rental Chios. The setting is breathtaking, beautiful courtyard and views of the water. Chios is just a magical place in the world and this little gem is all part of that magic

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Familie sehr genossen. Insbesondere die Lage im Erdgeschoss mit Terasse und umgebender Wohnanlage war mit Kleinkind toll. Alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen, Strandpromenade, Supermarkt, Cafés, Halbinsel... Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Excellent séjour chez Stratos, nous avons passé une semaine idéal dans ce logement ! La plage presque privée à 5m de la terrasse est le gros plus ! On ne voulait plus partir !

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist ein Traum. Wir hatten eine schöne, entspannte Zeit. Vielen Dank für die Flexiblität!

A magnificent view, a friendly host, a very clean house—everything has been thoughtfully arranged.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooftop patio was marvelous. It was a little further from the town center than I expected, but we had nice walks to the boardwalk and to coffee. The unit is compact but well-appointed; we cooked a simple dinner and did our laundry. Best the best feature is the double-deck roof patio. Watching the sun set as we enjoyed the cool of the day was a treat!

Foça’da konaklayabileceğiniz en güzel yerlerden biri diyebilirim. Merkezde , park yeri kolaylığı var, denize ve restorantlara hemen ulaşım mümkün. Evde, daha önce belirtilen tüm olanaklar mevcut olup girdiğimizde tertemiz kokular ile İlhan bey ve Bircan hanım’ın hoş notuyla karşılandık. Bircan Hanım özellikle girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar bizlerle uzakta olmasına rağmen hep temastaydı. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

Ara ara olan elektrik kesintisi dışında bir sorun yaşamadık. Son derece keyifli bir terası ve geniş salonu mevcut. 3 çift veya 6 kişi için ideal. Karaoke için mikrofon ve hoparlör olması konaklamamızı çok keyiflendirdi.

The house overlooks a beautiful garden with sheep and hens. The sweet smell of orange blossoms and the sound of the birds singing helps you to relax instantly. The house is lovely with an excellent outside area to read a book or listen to the singing from the nearby churches. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. Thank you again!
