Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. The villa is in a very good location, we have everything nearby, there is even a Carrefour 100 m away. Thanks again. See you soon, I'll be back.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

Its location is 2-3 minutes walking distance to Urla Art Street. There esas no parking problem. The host is always answering. Check in and out was smooth. My holiday was beautiful. Thanks for everything 👍🏼🙂

Do not hesitate about the hosts, they answer the questions quickly, and when we entered, they personally came to get the key for the checkout when we said the bathroom of the house was not clean enough, and they expressed their sadness. The place of the house is good, in fact, there is a grocery store etc. about 2 km away, but the roads are a little neglected, so we walked around the house. There are too many mosquitoes, unfortunately, although there are mosquito nets in the house, they can enter the house in the evening and we could not use the garden due to the mosquito. That's why you have to go cautiously when you leave. There are machines, iron, oven and kitchen utensils in the house, so there is no problem. Unfortunately, the power went out in the morning. Since we were going to leave, there was no problem that day, but I think it was a situation in that area. We had a pleasant 2 nights. We left very happy. Thank you for everything..

Ms. Ozlemfr's house is impeccably luxurious. Spacious room, beautiful interior, fully equipped. Most importantly, a warm and friendly hostess who welcomed us with patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants according to our needs, and we finally chose a Turkish-style barbecue restaurant, which was of great quality. We feel very lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the beginning of our trip, perfect for a self-drive tour.

Ms. Gözde has not left us unanswered since the day we made the reservation. The house was spotless, the pool was very enjoyable and it was a wonderful experience for us that we will not forget. He answered each of my questions quickly and in a helpful tone. Nice to meet you, thank you.

Hello everyone, It was our 2nd stay and we had a complete and quality holiday again as if we were in our own home. Ms. Esra is a very kind and naive person, she answers questions day and night and helps. We spent our holiday as a family with this beautiful view, and I highly recommend you to stay here. The location of the house is 7-8 minutes by car to Ilıcı beach, 15 minutes to Alaçatı center, 5 minutes on foot to Paşa Limanı beach, 1-2 minutes by car, very centrally located and close to everywhere. Since the location of the house is high, it offers the best view of the region. I kindly request that the people staying here also feed the cats while they are staying, please do not neglect them, a bowl of food and a bowl of water...

The landlady Ms. Simay is very nice and helpful. She was always available immediately and took us out with the most important information. Location is also very good. You can walk in 30 minutes in the alacati Zentru with many bars etc. And in 15min by car/taxi in cesme. Highly recommended.

Bora is a wonderful host! His communication was very quick and helpful. The place we stayed was clean, tidy and exactly as it appeared in the photos. We felt like we were at home. We really enjoyed Basak's place. It was peaceful and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Although it's up hill there are supermarkets and shops at walking distance. The kite school is only 20 mts walk. URLA is a nice town and it's about 15' drive from the house.

We had a great experience with the beyond of our expectations in Elphida’s lovely house. It was easy to find any thing in the house what you will need during your journey in Chios. We felt ourselves like in our own home. Maybe, it will not be easy to reach Avgonyma, where is the village the house located, but when you went there and saw the sunset from the garden, you will understand that you had the best choice for accommodation in Chios. And also you will be able to reach to the “to Asteri”, which is the best restaurant in Chios, within a 30 steps by walk. In addition to all of these, as the best part of your journey, you will have chance to meet with Elphida, the greatest landlord in Chios :) Even you can not meet with her as a person, you will feel that, she will accompany to you during your visit.

Great host, always responsive. House is very clean, lots of equipment, stylist,silent. Not easy to check in due to parking hours and options by municapility (Before 11am and after 4pm) Highly recommend. Thank you

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay at Aggeliki’s place. It is such a beautiful home and the setting can’t be any better. Komi is a lovely little beach town. The house is right on the beach. The nice thing is that it’s at the end of town so you don’t get much noise or foot traffic. Aggeliki lives upstairs so if we ever needed anything she was always available but not intrusive. And she brought us some delicious homemade goodies! Highly recommended!

This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed, Angelo’s and Jason were so amazing and accommodating. The most beautiful beach house we have ever booked with clear waters, squeaky clean place. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Chios, they were so helpful when coming to book a taxi and were soooo flexible on check in! The food was absolutely delicious, and their staff were so welcoming and warming. The fact that you were two steps away from the beach, had your own chairs and balcony was amazing. I cannot grasp how beautiful this stay was and recommend to everyone and anyone!
