Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Karaburun

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. I look forward to the day we will go again.

a lovely home, very large space ,lots of room, very close to shops and team. only heads up everyone should know is, parking is 4 lanes away. the house is on 3 levels, ground has the living room ,1 bedroom and one full bathroom, the attic has a lovely room but no bathroom, basement has the kitchen ,a wc and a dining area with an outdoor seating. so better be aware of these arrangements, it worked out for us as we were a family of 4. everything else about the place is lovely. it was a lovely stay there.

Resat's place was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were of high quality. Everything very clean, you felt immediately welcome and at home! Resat is a great, accommodating and outstanding host who rents out his house with all his heart. In the area you also felt right at home, the city and surroundings are magnificent! We will be very, very happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment!!!

The location of the house is great. It has all the views. Mr. Gökhan is always available and foreseeable. Although we checked in late, we were very welcomed. Thanks to the advice she gave at check-in, we had two very nice days. The house is clean and tidy. First choice place in the area.

Karaburun is a great place and it was one of the best places to choose on our behalf in that area. Thanks to the guidance given by Mr. Hüseyin on the first day, we learned about the bays to visit in that area, places to swim in the sea and the villages to be seen, and we saw almost every place worth seeing in our limited time. The village is very cute, the house is great , not crowded, we had a quiet , calm and peaceful holiday.

Very nice apartment, great hosts. Only minor fault would be the location. It is on a very steep inclinewith many steps and the walk back from the amenities below is difficult. Better to walk down and get a taxi back from the Metro station.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. Figen Abla was incredibly warm and welcoming – she made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again

The apartment offers an indescribably beautiful view of the sea, simply fantastic! The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The location of the accommodation is also top. By car, you can reach the city center in about 10 minutes, and many places are quickly accessible. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were always helpful and gave us great tips on restaurants and excursion destinations. The only small disadvantage is that after 1 a.m. it can be difficult to find a parking space nearby. However, there is a paid parking lot nearby that compensates for this. Overall, a great accommodation with great hosts. Absolutely recommended!!!

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

The house was as clean as it looked in the photos. The items left at home and Ms. Dalya's directions were sufficient.

Nikos and his wife were caring, warm, and friendly. We felt as peaceful as in our home. The house was within walking distance to the center. We had the chance to stay in a beautiful and clean house with a nice view for 2 people with everything we needed. Thank you very much 😊

This apartment is both amazingly located and beautifully appointed. Xanthippi is an amazing host, providing just the right level of being available without being too much. VERY clear instructions for check in and check out, and she provides great guides on the island in a book in the apartment. Will 100% stay again the next time I come to Chios!

Vasiliki is very responsive and gives good advice. The apartment matches the photos and the sea view is beautiful. Excellent bedding. Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, fair price... and friendly owner. Very nice, spacious, well decorated apartment; walkable to everything; tons of restaurants nearby. Nice promenade to stroll in the beautiful summer evenings. Taxi stand across the street. Very helpful host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.
