Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. We were in Izmir Konak for 5 days. Our stay in the apartment was very nice, we were very satisfied. Everything as described in the ad, expectations as in the photos, it was all perfect. The hosts Ms. Tülin and Ms. Hazal were very nice, friendly, helpful. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, there was everything you need from A-Z. The location is right in the center of Izmir-Alsancak, you can walk everywhere. Thank you again for everything.

First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are quite sufficient. Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

A house with a garden that will not be less comfortable than your home and where you have all your basic needs. The garden is especially suitable for children. The Internet is extremely fast, which is an important plus for those who have to work from home.

Very nice apartment close to the clocktower. It was clean and well equipped. The communication with Murat was easy and he was super friendly. The sleeping rooms do not have windows to the outside but there is air conditioning. I can recommend to stay there.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

During our stay, we felt like we were at home... they were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. We stayed at Ms. Fulya's house for 3 nights with my friends. Although the location is spectacular, we were blown away by the spirit of the house. The people are friendly, the prices are affordable and the food is delicious. The house was extremely clean, we can say it's one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. Mr. Zafer was a very caring host. He even helped us move our stuff home. He also left some treats for the house. The house was as in the photos. It's pretty close to the center of Çeşme. We were able to leave the car nearby because it wasn't too crowded when we went. Price performance is a place to stay

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.
