It's a good place to stay. It's close to Issykkul Lake, so it's good for swimming.

Fresh styling, new appliances. Quick walk to the beach. Security at the entrance of Paris, safe community. If you're looking for a destination that has nice beaches, safe community, and up-to-date interior design, this is a great destination. I suggest bringing supplies for cooking, as at the time we went, local accommodations within walking distance weren't up to standard. There are a couple mini-marts within walking distance. Point being, it's the perfect destination for those looking for the lake, modern accommodations, and looking to grill out at the house.

There were four of us in the apartment. Three adults and a child. A rare and pleasant thing: we were asked in advance how many blankets we wanted and were given one each, including the child. Often, hosts prefer to give double blankets without asking. And sometimes even one double for two adults and a child. I liked a lot of things in the apartment, although we did not have time to use all the amenities. A cabin with three full rooms in a closed residential village. Nearby lake, pools and additional "water possibilities". For car travel, the convenient location for hiking in Grikorievsky and Semyonovsky Gorge. Overall, I liked everything. It was a pleasure to stay. Thank you for your hospitality. A couple of times we needed help and the hostess readily helped us. For example, we arrived late and were looking for some kind of outdoor cafe. It was after 8 and we couldn't find anything ourselves.

Azamat's place was exactly what we needed. He was very responsive, kind, helpfull, and even spoke English. The house is situated in a modern fenced community with many amenities right on the lake. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, grocery, game center, massage workout room etc. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. You can relax in the shade to the sounds of birds singing. The grounds are so pristine! The apartment has a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of utensils, pans etc. There is a full bathroom and a half which is wonderful for getting ready. The floor is also heated! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was great. We would stay there again.
