Holiday rentals with a sauna in Kaprun

We had an amazing stay at Gogo's apartment for a week! Gogo was an excellent host, always responsive and happy to offer great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy, clean, and comfortable, with lovely decorations, especially the snowboards, which added a cool touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Thank you, Gogo, for making our trip so memorable!

We (family with 2 young children) had a wonderful stay in the apartment at the resort. The apartment is clean and looks cozy. Space is more spacious than it looks from the pictures. The pool and sauna are clean and we used it a lot. Sometimes it was a bit busy in the pool, but logical considering it was peak season. We made great use of the National Parc Card we got after logging into the Pam-Villas area. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back here.

Amazing stay in brand new apartment, sauna was a highlight (extra sauna towels were provided), lifts within a 5-10 minute bus ride, bus station few minutes walk down the hill, apartment well equipped and very clean, indoor garage for cars. Can highly recommend this for a ski vacation in the Saalbach valley!

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We were able to book the apartment in the basement (formerly garage) with Andrea for the ski vacation at short notice and were especially pleased about the great location (close to the elevator, but still very quiet). The apartment was as shown in the photos and we found everything we needed, even for cooking. Check in/out was hassle-free. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We felt very comfortable right away. The communication with Andrea was great and the place as described. Very spacious and clean, there was nothing missing. Bike cellar, sauna and swimming pool were at your disposal. We would come back:)

There were four of us there and we felt comfortable right from the start. Even our late arrival due to traffic was no problem at all and the reception was very warm and friendly. The apartment is super nice and modern, perfectly exchanged and clean, as well as a great view of the mountains. The pools are great and we also enjoyed using the sauna. We also received excursion tips. Thank you for this great stay, happy to come back! 🤩

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

Great clean apartment near Hallstatt. The apartment was very well and modernly equipped. We especially liked the kitchen equipment and the bathroom.

Jasmin’s place was cosy and well-suited for our stay. The living room and kitchen were spacious, with plenty of cutlery and dishes provided. The location was peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere, and free parking nearby was very convenient. Jasmin was helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay. Her instructions were clear and informative, which made everything run smoothly. Final cleaning was handled by the host, and check-out was simple—just required washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we’d be happy to come back.

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Fabulous apartment, very homely and very well equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We loved the sauna for easing aching muscles at the end of the day! Easy walk to directly access the ski run and a short walk to restaurants/ amenities.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

Josef and his family are great hosts, helpful, and communication simply worked with them. The place is in a clean, quiet environment. We love to visit you again.

Great place with insanely good amenities

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).

Michael’s place is great for big families or group of friends. Cosy, fun and has a very good style and vibe. It was really a good choice to stay in this house. We had a great time thanks to Michael & Karin.
