There is also a laundry room and a sauna, which can be used in consultation. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

The holiday apartment Mountain Suite No. 101 with step-free access and barrier-free facilities is located in Großarl and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 76 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A communal sauna is available for you. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.

Our quiet apartment (32 m²), overlooking the Tennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
