Monthly Rentals in Kansas City Metropolitan Area

The place was exactly as described with a great location to anywhere around. Very quiet neighborhood and easy parking. Mabry was easy to contact when we had a small issue with the mini-splits. The units in the bedroom and living room both make loud buzzing sounds periodically. Even if you turn off the bedroom one at night, it still makes the noise and will wake you up throughout the night. I would definitely stay here again, but would be cautious in hot weather/high humidity given that humidity causes the mini-split noise.

We loved Nicholas’s place! The apartment looked exactly like the photos and he was super responsive any time we messaged him.

Recommended! Very peaceful, safe, and private location. Really enjoyed the patio, the back lot, and the amenities. Some plumbing and bug problems during my stay, but the maintenance staff was quick to address these issues - I don't think there's anything to worry about for shorter term bookings. Only real complaint is that the hammock doesn't work, but there's plenty of other lawn/patio furniture to lounge on.

Adam was awesome and flexible - enjoyed my stay and will be back again. The gym is daily reminder which kept me active! All in all had a great week and Adam was extremely understanding with a last night change on my side! Thanks again
