Such an amazing stay, the host was really friendly and the facilities were in pristine condition and as per listed.

Very well maintained property surrounded by nature. We are a family of 6 with 2 senior citizens included and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Naveen is a great host and constantly checking up on us on the whereabouts and the stay.

It was really nice , unlike most places they have a dedicated assistant who stays all night right outside and can help with anything , added bonus is they can provide delicious food on order .just a small drive away from beach front !

We had a wonderful stay at Ranjith’s place! He was extremely helpful in coordinating our visit and guiding us to the best local spots to explore. I must especially highlight the house itself — we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The space is thoughtfully designed to offer a sense of calm and peace after a long day out. It was absolutely spotless and squeaky clean, with every amenity we could possibly need, including a washing machine and an iron box. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly appreciated the care and attention that went into making our stay so comfortable.

I booked this place for my brother’s wedding guests, and it was the perfect choice! The location is super convenient, right on the main roadside, making it easy for everyone to find. The house itself is clean, neat, and has a cozy, homely feel. It was an ideal spot for our group to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place. Will definitely consider staying here again!

If you are a group of 5 to 10 this house is the best place for vacation, superpeace full, no crowd at all. the beach is only 20 steps away, you can have some quality evenings with your group. caretaker was polite and helpfull.

JayPrakash was a great host. He personally takes care of property. He ensured that our luggage was transferred from cab to the home and vice-versa.. The tasty complimentary breakfast was cooked and made available on time He proactively adviced us on Do's and Don'ts. Any item we needed was procured as per plan. All in all- It was a memorable stay with all points ticked

Severly impressed by the property ambience and it is perfect place for family as well as friends. Walkable distance for the sea but it is safe during day time. only negative is bed is spring bed which is not comfortable but still it is worth place for perfect stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Lakeview. We were four people living in the house for four weeks and we absolutely loved it! The house is located in the jungle, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. We loved waking up and going to sleep to nature and animal sounds, and the feeling of how remote yet close to everything it felt. You will need to have a scooter, car, or rickshaw to get around as the house is located a bit inland, yet still close to Kovalam beach and supermarkets (10 mins drive). The host and the people who took care of the house while we were there were absolutely amazing, helping us out with all our needs and making us feel at home. The house and the location are even more beautiful than in the pictures, everything was super clean and we especially loved the terrace on the top floor and the pool area outside. I can't recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back!

The feel at stay actually was much better than what we expected. Maintenance of the property was excellent and thanks to uncle for briefing us and guiding us for local visits. If uou are planning to go on vacation for 8-10 members this is something which is highly recommended. In the evening the villa lights and feel looks amazing.. one of the best stays on our south India trip of 10 days...

Great place to have private get together

I had an amazing and relaxing stay at this homestay. The aesthetics were beautiful and calming, making it the perfect getaway. We based ourselves at Mary Land for 5 weeks and loved every minute. From the tasty authentic breakfasts to sitting on the terrace chatting to the family and other guests. The property we stayed in is lovely and provided us with plenty of space. The surrounding area was just what we were looking for, restaurants and beaches within walking distance and easy to get to the city when required. We were made welcome wherever we went. The family are fantastic and we really feel that they enjoy having guests. You do hear the church but after a while it is just a noise you get used to. We had the best time.
