Such a beautiful spot to explore the Blue Mountains from! Conveniently located close to the South Lawson Waterfall Walks and lovely little Lawson township, Jan's place is super comfy, private and quirky. Jan is a lovely, warm host, and we appreciated her extra little touches with milk, fruits AND the half dozen eggs she gifted us from her lovely chickens. We'll definitely be back and can't recommend her place highly enough!

The Shearer’s Cottage was absolutely beautiful. Very beautiful surrounds - so peaceful to wander around. It was great having a little fireplace too! Everything was very comfortable. Ryan was very helpful and friendly. The town was also close by if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and cosy. The heated bathroom floor was lovely and the bed was really comfy. It was so easy to unpack and repack the car with the carport being so close to the front door. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel homely. We would definitely recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous surroundings and amazing little (but actually quite big!) space. We needed a place to lay our heads for a couple of nights and this place exceeded our expectations. Amazingly well equipped (with your pantry staples which was great since we were somewhat prepared but forgot olive oil!) and really well sized space - there is even a walk in wardrobe! Heater worked wonderfully on a cold night. Thank you!!
