This is a GEM of a place to stay! Located between Zion and Bryce. I highly recommend this place. Kellie has ensured all the little things that are helpful- like fresh eggs, snacks, and toiletries. The washer and dryer are so helpful on a long trip! Don’t hesitate booking this place!

We loved staying here. The house was super clean and had everything you should need for cooking including a gas BBQ grill. The AC blew super cold air. The living room and kitchen had a very open floor plan which is great for family time. When we first pulled on to the street we weren’t sure about the location or the surroundings but it was great. It was super quiet and located 1/4 mile from a brand new dollar General. The view from the back of the house was great for Sunsets over a small mountain face. We never saw another person our entire stay. Very very pleased with our stay at this property

Beautiful, relaxing location was a perfect counterpoint to all the great outdoor activities available in the area. So glad we came in April. Great weather and less crowds.

Wonderful location in Kanab. Walking distance from the local shops and restaurants. the home was very spacious and had everything we need!

Guy's place in Kanab was a perfect landing place after our days out on the trails and volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society. It's within a few minutes drive of the center of town, has nice walking trails nearby (short drive or 20 minute walk to trailhead), and Guy was a friendly and responsive host. The games cabinet and closet "library" were added bonuses. Thanks Guy!

Great place to stay for a few days while exploring southern Utah. Lovely views and has everything you need. Extremely clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Close to a ton of awesome things to do. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. Spacious, clean, and a perfect location. Star was very responsive and easy to reach. Would absolutely stay here again!

On our mother daughter road trip we stayed at Deborah’s cabin for 3 nights. It’s hard to call it a cabin because it was such a great size! My daughter took the loft—which is an en-suite that included a separate area for reading, writing or just lounging. I was happy to stay in the cozy downstairs. Every room had terrific views as there were windows on every wall. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, there were ample places to curl up on a couch or sit at a large dining table, as well as multiple outside rooms for dining and lounging. The whole place was spotless—even the linens were like new! We also were so appreciative of things that showed wonderful thoughtfulness: like the little packets of wipes next to the binoculars, and the epsom salts next to the bath. The property is gorgeous! We saw cows and wild turkeys and jack rabbits. And at night we saw the most magnificent stars. All in all it was a magical place to be and we hope to return again soon!

This place is lovely - even nicer than the photos. The beds were very comfortable. We did use the pool & hot tub one warm afternoon. Great location between Zion & Bryce. We also saw the nearby sand caves. We walked through the adjacent neighborhood which has some lovely homes. We liked the cute downtown & enjoyed Wild Thyme Cafe & the Brown Box. I would definitely stay here again.

Gary is a great host and we will come back as soon as we are back in Kanab to visit Best Friends. The home is truly tastefully decorated with southwest accents such as intricate mosaics as you enter and the shower as well. The house is right next to a huge dog run that is well maintained. Gary also exemplifies what it takes to be a great host by answering our questions promptly. He also helped us find hikes when we were not volunteering at Best Friends. Strongly recommended.

Very cute and clean. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Easy check in. Place had everything we needed.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The amenities were amazing. The house layout and decor was perfect. We loved the openness and the back patio. Sitting on the rooftop with the views was priceless. We hiked in Zion and Bryce and looked forward to coming home to this house everyday. Don’t hesitate to book this place, it is well worth the money!!

We are so sad that we only have short time spending in this beautiful, clean, peaceful warming home. We have total of 8 people with our furry kid. This place is exactly what it was described. home has everything you need, and the instruction for check in/check out was very simple. This home is pretty much center of Kanab, there are so many great information available to us for sigh seeing and restaurants in the house. We really enjoyed the club house and the dog park within walking distance in this community. what a great community. We look forward to coming back to this home soon! :) We loved it!

We've stayed in a lot of AirBnb's over the years, but Broken Arrow is the very best we've found in terms of the accommodations, the neighborhood, and the thought the owners put into the place in terms of a stocked house and kitchen with helpful instructions and labels throughout the house. The house itself is magnificent, high ceilings, gorgeous master suite, wide hallways - a beautiful home by anyone's standards. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with a wonderful clubhouse with two pools (one outdoor) and a spa plus exercise facility, pool table, etc. The owner was very responsive and provided help and flexibility and the kitchen was the most well stocked we've ever run into with spices, fresh coffee, a few dry goods, and all the food storage items (foil, wrap, etc.) that you'd have at home. No detail was left out and if I could give this place six stars I would. Best of Class!!

After another booking fell through, Samantha was very quick to answer and get us into her place. The view was absolutely beautiful. It is in a great location, close to anything you may need. The house was clean, comfortable, and large enough for all 6 of us. We highly recommend this home to anyone.

This was one of the nicest AirBnB places we have ever stayed at. Everything was exactly as described. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The backyard space was phenomenal. From early am coffee to drinks by the fire pit, we all kept commenting that the ambiance was breathtaking. Kanab was a perfect place to travel to Zion, Bryce Canyon and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. We would love to return someday.

This home was perfect for our group. It was nice to have a family size dining table and awesome to play games/darts downstairs. I was even surprised that we never ran out of hot water with 6 adults showering at various times. It was also helpful to already have coffee and laundry detergent on hand. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this home for a second time.

I came down with my husband my daughter her husband and new baby- a six month old and our Brittney spaniels to relax and hike- we all wanted a relaxing get away- This home was just what we needed -it was so peaceful and so beautiful to sit outside - the pups had a wonderful time playing in the yard and we all were able to just relax and enjoy Charlie , my new granddaughter:). It could not have been a better location - We can not wait to come back! Thanks, Wendy

I enjoyed the movies and books they have in the Airbnb. Made you feel at home and was a great addition. Was a very homey feel. Great place to stay.

This property was perfect for our family of 9 to relax and reconnect! First of all it was beautiful, peaceful, and so clean. The hosts provided everything we could ever need - plenty of linens, dishes, games and puzzles, seating, cleaning supplies upstairs and downstairs (we can be a messy bunch). Outside areas were a dream, and the location was amazing. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit morning and night, and the short walk to the drugstore for sodas was perfect for my teen granddaughters! Close to Bryce, Zion, and lots of hiking! And Jackson Flats Reservoir is a beautiful place to play in the water! Thank you for sharing your place!!

It’s a very fun tiny home to stay in! Driving back from the Grand Canyon two days in a row, this is right in the edge of the town and a sight for sore eyes after a long drive and exhausting days of hiking. Quality price and place!

We had such a great stay! The location was perfect - walkable to downtown for restaurants, coffee, and shopping and a short, easy drive to so many of the nearby attractions. The house was clean and had everything our family needed. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Kanab!

There was so much we liked about our stay: Elizabeth is friendly, responsive and a prompt communicator. The home was not only pristine, but featured lovely amenities from thick, soft bath towels to colorful artistic wall hangings. As hikers we chose the town of Kanab, Utah, for proximity to national parks and national monuments. During our stay we discovered the beauty of the many Vermillion Cliffs hikes within the city limits of Kanab itself. The town itself offers nice restaurants, two grocery stores, shops, a visitors' center and a BLM Rangers station: impressive for a town of 5600!

Great location for hiking and exploring Kanab. The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had a nice time with friends in the big kitchen and making s’mores in the backyard. The views are great. The beds are comfortable. And having a garage is nice, as well.
