Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kanab

The house was perfect! There were tons of both fun and relaxing options of things to do when we weren’t out exploring. The kitchen was completely stocked. They even had extra amenities that we would normally have to put on the list for once we hit the store. Just the attention to the little things that help lessen the vacay stress. Hosts were very communicative and quick to respond. Thanks so much! Looking forward to next time!

Place was great. Super clean and easy to manage. Host provided so many different supplies for us to use. Private view and land. Hot tub was definitely nice to use after long hiking days. The only hiccup was I ran out of propane in the middle of a grilling session. However, we didn’t mention it to the host, I’m sure he would have replaced it if I asked. Would definitely come back again.

It was a great stay at Robert's place. Beautiful Surrounding views, spacious, clean and tidy house, well organized kitchen and grill, big garage, easy to find, beautiful walkable surroundings. Worth a stay in Kanab to visit Zion, Bryce, Horseshoe, Antelope canyon and North RiM. All around 1-2 hr drives.

This house exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful with an amazing view. We came to Kanab as a family vacation to visit multiple national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon) and after hiking all day coming to this house to rest felt right at home. It was clean and comfortable. Laura was also a great host, she was responsive and accessible. If we ever decide to come back to Kanab we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place was a great pick to visit Zion and Bryce National Parks. We had a total of 9 guests and everyone felt very comfortable with the amount of space in the home. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and there was a pack and play available for the baby to sleep in. This is a great option for large families who are visiting the area!

We loved our 5 star stay in Nick's house. We chose the location as it was convenient for visiting Zion and Bryce. The house is bright, spacious, clean and very well equipped. We made good use of the hot tub under the stars. We also appreciated the comfy beds and efficient shower and bath. Would highly recommend.

The Mighty Five is a beautiful home in a breathtaking location. We were extremely comfortable for our week in Kanab. We would definitely recommend booking this home and would love to stay here again on our next visit.

House was located in great location to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National parks. Great home base after hiking and sightseeing, very comfortable accomodations, well equipped, plenty of amenities and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend Cactus Flats for your visit to southern Utah region.

Came with family and had the best stay. Was close enough to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Secluded and had great views. Would definitely love to come back again.

We had an incredible stay! The breathtaking views alone made this place unforgettable, but there was so much more to love. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure, and the fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more—cooking was a breeze. The brand new linens and towels were a really nice touch and made the whole stay feel extra comfortable. Our kids were completely entertained in the game room for hours, which gave the adults some much-needed downtime. My husband explored the new mountain bike trails nearby and came back raving about how epic they were, while the kids and I enjoyed hiking right from the front door—no need to drive anywhere! We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Shack! The location is peaceful, private, and the perfect place to unwind after long hikes. It felt like a true retreat. The hosts thought of everything—fully stocked fridge and pantry with staples so you can cook whatever your heart (and stomach) desires. They were also incredibly accommodating with our last-minute arrival change, which we deeply appreciated. Every detail made us feel cared for and relaxed. If you live a hectic life, do yourself a favor and book an extra night—you’ll want the time to truly soak in the calm, quiet beauty of this special place. Can’t recommend it enough!

Very cozy cabin, loved being so close to & immersed in Zion! If you’re someone who likes elevated camping this place Is for you! Nostalgic summer camp cabin. Charming ruggedness.

From start to finish our 2 families thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zion. The house was accurately described and the communication between us and Jake was flawless. Jake even drove out a can opener, mattress topper and cutting board after I messaged him that we needed them on the 2nd day The house is charming, clean and comfortable. There are small things that are dated but nothing that impedes the enjoyment of the home. Having access to the local resort was such an added bonus. We used the pool, played pickleball and paddleboarded. It was so relaxing to be able to spend a couple of days at the resort during our downtime. The house is difficult to find for the first time, so I do recommend getting there during daylight hours. This isn’t the owners fault, but just a heads up that it is a bit rural and there are no clear street signs or addresses. The front porch is a great place to have morning coffee. If our families return to the area I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It's about a 30-45' drive into Zion to reach the visitor's center. While you're a little bit further out than folks staying in Springdale, the location is magical and incredibly peaceful. Lots of great space in the home and everything you need to make it feel like home the moment you walk in.
