Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kanab

We spent a week at Julie’s place and found it to be comfortable and centrally located to several national parks. A highlight was the jeep tour hosted by a local guide who was informative and charming. Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We can highly recommend Julie’s place.

Wow, there is so much to say about Stuart Farm. From the breathtaking views all the way down to the most cozy bedding, this place has it all. We enjoyed several peaceful mornings on the side porch watching hummingbirds feed and Jack Rabbits frolic. The outside is very well taken care of with lots of beautiful grape vines and fruit trees to admire, the hot tub may have been our favorite part with its relaxing heat and a beautiful backdrop to gaze at. The home is spacious and had plenty of room for the nine of us to all have our own areas. You’re greeted with a well stocked kitchen - cookware, utensils and spices available. The bedding is amazing - each bed is plush and beautifully adorned with decorative pillows, and each room thoughtfully decorated. We loved Stuart Farm for its peaceful tranquility- if you’re looking to step back and truly soak in relaxation this is the place for you!

Was perfect for our group trip to Zion. The house is more beautiful than the photos and the hot tub and grille were great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spacious condo and nice option for visiting nearby parks.

This town house was perfect for big family. Plenty of space and more. Better than expected! We really enjoyed the quiet nights and the stars were beautiful! We had deers greet us the morning we left. Would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean and easy to find. Last half mile of drive was dirt road. The AC quit working the day we arrived and took 2 days to get repaired but host had placed 2 portable units that kept it comfortable. Annie was very responsive and helpful with questions about the area.

Amazing getaway! Perfect place to unplug and reconnect with loved ones. John was an excellent host. He reached out right away and shared a lot of helpful info and tips about the area. He was very responsive and accommodating. The house has just about anything you need for a family vacation - very comfortable, safe and child friendly. My favorite part of the experience was taking the scenic drive in and out of Zion park daily. Make sure you look at the binder he has in the kitchen. It’s basically an itinerary for you to make the most of your experience if you haven’t planned ahead of time. It was very useful , kept us from wasting time searching and trying to get around.

Fantastic place to call a home base while exploring the magic of southern Utah. The home felt as though I was stepping into my own - very comfortable for our 3.5 week stay with our preschooler and dog. The yard is HUGE and fenced (and we enjoyed the fire pit multiple times). The wifi is strong! Perfect launch pad for exploring nearby. We visited Zion multiple times (we recommend entering the park from the eastern entrance as opposed to the Springdale entrance which is a longer route from Kanab), Bryce Canyon, Peekaboo Canyon (ATV tour with ROAM ... recommend!), Buckskin Gulch via Wire Pass, Coral Sand Dune State Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Pipe Springs Monument, Cedar Breaks Monument, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Page, Horseshoe Bend, Bunting Trail, plus all the local restaurants, the dog groomer at Kanab Dog Wash, the public library (hooray for visitor library cards!), the huge playground and skate park. Spend as long as you can here. You won't regret it!

This gem is everything you could ask for. Aside from the stunning scenery of mountains, sunsets, and wildlife, the peace and quiet will do wonders for your soul. The cabin is perfect and has everything you could possibly need. It’s clean, comfortable and very welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This was by far will be our most memorable place we have stayed. Jen has done a great job on every detail of this yurt. From inside to the outside. There are so many things to do and the most beautiful views we have ever seen! Our only regret is not staying longer. This is a 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend it. This is something that should be on everyones bucket list! Thank you Jen!

You cannot beat this location. We were able to walk to all of the great local restaurants and other activities we wanted to do in the heart of Kanab. The house has plenty of space & a huge, completely fenced yard for our dogs. Shannon was always responsive & helpful. The house is well stocked with all the appliances and extra blankets you would need. We hope to stay in her place again soon! We highly recommend.

Staying at the sheep camp was a lovely experience! The camp, shower, and toilet were super clean. Jen provided everything we could have wanted it needed during our stay - from cooking utensils to board games. Beyond that, we really enjoyed the quiet, solitude, and natural beauty of the location. It is definitely worth the long drive to get there. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and get off the grid.

Great little house, I loved reading about its history. Everything we needed, close to East Zions and Kanab where we were spending our time. We loved our stay!

We have stayed in kanab a few times and find the community quite lovely and close location to all kinds of great outdoor explorations is first rate. This is our first time staying at Ginger‘s house and it worked out very well for us. We had our daughter and granddaughter with us and it was perfect. We occupied the upstairs didn’t need the bedrooms downstairs although they certainly look nice.And our dogs made themselves at home as well. The yard is very spacious and the kitchen was very well set up so we cooked every night and had no problem finding what we needed to make several meals. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay at Bob & Asta's place! The house was very clean, cozy, and welcoming—truly felt like a home away from home. It had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and the location is super convenient for getting around. Bob & Asta were fantastic hosts—very helpful and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

Very cozy cabin, loved being so close to & immersed in Zion! If you’re someone who likes elevated camping this place Is for you! Nostalgic summer camp cabin. Charming ruggedness.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved feeling alone with nature and seeing lots of wildlife around the property. Stargazing at night was amazing! Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the Zion and Bryce Canyon areas!

April gave lots of local tips that helped us avoid Zion people traffic. The pioneer wagon was a nostalgic fun and memorable thing to do with kids, it sure makes you appreciate insulated walls in the winter! If you go in Winter for glamping - it’s pretty cold! I’d recommend bringing extra blankets, double up on warm clothes! Also bring 4WD vehicle and waterproof hiking boots for the trails are really muddy.

From start to finish our 2 families thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zion. The house was accurately described and the communication between us and Jake was flawless. Jake even drove out a can opener, mattress topper and cutting board after I messaged him that we needed them on the 2nd day The house is charming, clean and comfortable. There are small things that are dated but nothing that impedes the enjoyment of the home. Having access to the local resort was such an added bonus. We used the pool, played pickleball and paddleboarded. It was so relaxing to be able to spend a couple of days at the resort during our downtime. The house is difficult to find for the first time, so I do recommend getting there during daylight hours. This isn’t the owners fault, but just a heads up that it is a bit rural and there are no clear street signs or addresses. The front porch is a great place to have morning coffee. If our families return to the area I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our family trip and was stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable and great location for accessing Zion. East Mesa to Observation Point trail is right down the road and had the best views of the whole trip!

Beautiful setting. Lots of helpful instructions from the host. The resort was bigger then I expected, so not the quietest area. But there’s plenty to do on site as well as great access to Zion and Bryce Canyon isn’t too far either.

This was an amazing stay. We had one small issue while visiting, but we had an immediate response from our host and quick fix. We cannot wait to book another stay. It's such a cute, spacious home and in such a great location.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful home that has everything we needed (EV charger, plenty of kitchen essentials for cooking meals, washer/dryer, ping pong table, foosball, etc). It was perfect for our group stay and located in a nice community. We were able to drive out to different places in the Zion National Park area. Very responsive host.
