Waterfront holiday rentals in Kalymnos

We had a great time in this apartment. The kitchen has basic amenities with small extras, everything was clean, a small dressing table was also included and the view from our balcony was just beautiful and in the evening you could watch the sunset wonderfully. The beach and smaller supermarkets are right outside the door, a large supermarket is 5 minutes walk. The old town with magnificent restaurants is also a 7-minute walk away and a dream beach with beach bars can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Vaggiles was an incredibly good host! He organized a car and bike rental for us, always responded directly and was always on hand whenever you needed help. Thank you so much for this great time. My boyfriend and I therefore make a great recommendation for this apartment!

This was our second stay at this house. Lovely little neighborhood and nice neighbors. Walkable to grocery store, fabulous restaurant (Dimitris o Karaflas) and beach (best place in the beach is Apostolis). In our experience this is the best beach on Leros. Muriel manages the house and she is amazing! She can fix anything and is always very available. Be aware that the bed mattress is very firm and furniture is a bit sparse in the living room. There is everything else you need. We enjoyed staying several weeks at this house. It is hard to beat the price for such walkable place.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

This was our third visit to Angelos’s accommodation and it was just as perfect as before. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is amazing. His father was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. I’m sure we will be back!

We loved the apartment Above all, the kitchen is very well equipped Good location with a supermarket in front and close to everything The only thing is that the noise from the bars and restaurants is quite annoying We'd go back to Alp's place anyway!!! Thank you

Great place to stay in Kefalos. Quiet, clean and comfortable apartment. Despite being above a taverna there was no noise. It was convenient for the beach (just down the road) and for the bus stop (just opposite). We used Ztours and JD tours who were both great for days out. Great apartment 👍🙂

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

The house is in a convenient location very close to Skala and with many amenities within walking distance. In addition, it has a beach under the house for those who want to wake up early. Comfortable spaces, terrace, veranda, . Privacy, silence. Very well cared for in the typical island decor. Emily was very kind and welcomed us in person despite the late arrival time. She's a special person like her vacation home. A great experience to repeat

It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I've never had a host who responded so quickly. They were very helpful. It looked like a house, so it was as if you were staying in a real house. Everything was thought out. I definitely won't look for another house.

Isodora's place is exceptional. It is very pleasant to live in even if there is a wall that cuts off the view a little. Depending on the direction of the wind, it is always possible to swim. There are a 100 groin of steps to reach it but it's not a bother. If you like peace and quiet, you have to come here. For us, it was perfect.

We had a great time being hosted by Yamaç. The place was spotless and location was great. Yamaç was also very accommodating upon arrival with our flight arriving late, but still be able to collect the keys very efficiently. We would stay again 100%!

The apartment was more than we could have expected! Beautiful beach side location with a clean, modern and comfortable interior. Everything you could need was provided. Dionysia was at hand to answer questions and give recommendations. We had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone. We hired a car but it would be easy enough to get around. 5 stars

This AirBnB felt more like home than a place to stay on vacation and that was largely to do not only with Katarina but the team at the wonderful Euphoria Spa right beside it and the family run Anemos restaurant which I ate at everyday. The location of the apartment is out of the hustle and bustle and right next to my favourite beach with gorgeous mountains above it. It really is a special area. The apartment was so clean with special attention given the day after a rain by Mrs Valentina. I felt truly cared about at this place and safe as a solo traveller. The washing machine was a god-send. Would absolutely stay again.

It was the most beautiful accommodation I have ever stayed in, both its location by the sea and its proximity to social areas were excellent, thanks for everything, it was a wonderful experience.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. The host was incredibly communicative and flexible — even allowing us a late checkout and providing an extra key for our family, which made things much easier. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a great shower. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The location was ideal: in a quiet, local area with great restaurants nearby, yet still within walking distance of the tourist spots and the harbour. A perfect balance of convenience and calm. We also appreciated the host’s local recommendations, which really enhanced our trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Thank you for being such a great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definite consider next time in Kos. The fish restaurant next door was amazing, ferries to Turkey & other activities are across the street. Easy walk or bike rides to sandy beaches. Highly recommend Stella’s place!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We stayed in the apartment for a week in May and were very satisfied. The check-in instructions were very clear and Dimitri always helped us out if we needed anything. A starter pack of coffee was provided and also a few snacks and a bottle of wine! The apartment is in sight of the sea which was very convenient. It was a great base for excursions by car on the island.

The house is ideally situated in a quiet part of town yet very close to all shops and restaurants. We thank the host for making it such a nice experience!
