Waterfront holiday rentals in Greece

We had a great time in this beachfront accommodation. The terrace is perfect and allows you to enjoy the view of Mount Monemvasia. The old town is available on foot or by car 5 min away. We are touring Greece and it is really a favorite accommodation that we recommend without hesitation. Eleni is adorable and we even had little touches on our arrival (oranges in the fridge that allowed us to make delicious fresh juice). The hammock on the terrace is great. The window above the bed has a shutter but the others do not. We also benefited from an early arrival allowing us to enjoy the old town even more.

This place is one of the most amazing and unique places I’ve ever stayed. Not only is it so beautiful but also an amazing experience to stay there and be able to have the ocean right at your doorstep. Communication was great and we were checked on throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. There was a bottle of wine and bread with butter, honey, and jams that were kindly left for us. Thank you for the great stay and we hope to be back!

we stayed here for 4 nights and our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views. A cute little walkway is just below, going along the water to a nice pier. You definitely need a car since it's out of any tourist area, but the drive there is really nice, about 2 hrs from Athens and only 20 min from Nafplio. Lots to discover all around. Christos is a great host, very responsive and had alot of great recommendations. One thing I would note; road noise can be loud since you're so close to a road (earplugs did the trick though).

We loved everything about the apartment! It had everything we needed for a magical stay in Paros! The location was perfect for walking into Naousa, while being still quiet and overlooking the beautiful water. The bed was very comfortable too! Christos was very helpful and responsive for anything we needed. We rented a car so got to explore some amazing beaches and had the absolute best time! We definitely hope to be able to return again and would love to stay here again! Thank you Antouella and Christos!

Loved our stay! Place was clean, view were gorgeous and the bathroom was cool in that you could see out into the ocean while showering but people couldn't see in. Host was flexible and helpful! Would stay again. PS dont be alarmed going into a rental car place to check into the Airbnb. The Airbnb itself is not directly above and was quiet and peaceful for our stay.

Great location, very short walk to the port, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The host was extremely responsive and always willing to help make our stay comfortable! Apartment was very clean and the jacuzzi is a great feature. Multiple cafe’s/bars just downstairs with great food, drinks, and service. Highly recommend staying at this property if you want to be close to the venetian port and all Chania has to offer.

It was a last minute decision to spend one day and night in Itea during our road trip. We now wish it was longer. We fell in love with Itea at first sight. And Efi’s place…I can’t describe with words. It was very easy to find and park. Unloading and unpacking was super fast as there was a very large elevator. The flat was clean and tidy. All the small details and tiny gifts made us happy. And the view in the balcony… it’s beyond words… We spent the whole afternoon and evening, and even some of the next morning on the beach right next to the house, so I can’t say much about the restaurants but it was super easy to find nice supermarkets to cook and eat. The Location was amazing. Quite and private. Everything was amazing there was nothing to complain about probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Marianna is absolutely amazing. The sweetest and most caring host ever. She gave us so many recommendations and was beyond helpful. I would recommend mend this place to everyone!!

Wow! This place is amazing! My family and I (party of 7 adults) were in Greece celebrating our oldest son's graduation from medical school and this incredible home allowed us the space and comfort to connect and relax after a busy time in Athens. It could not have been more perfect! This home met and exceeded our expectations from the time of arrival to our departure. The owner/host's hospitality and thoughtfulness was incredible. The home furnishings and beds were so comfortable and we had an immediate sense of peace and relaxation as soon as we opened the door. Much to my delight and surprise our host met us and gave us a tour and provided a time to answer any of our questions and I could not believe my eyes there were groceries in the fridge! All we could need for the next day for breakfast and a little lunch to make our time even more relaxing. There was a wonderful restaurant only a five minute walk down the road with fresh grilled fish that I will dream about for years! Book it!

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could be of any help. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. This was the loveliest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Serene and beautiful, the best part being Katerina (Anastasia’s mother). She was the sweetest woman ever, made us delicious fresh breakfast and was so nice to be around her. Definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved this airbnb. Small deck overlooking the Chania Bay lighthouse and all the restaurants surrounding the bay. Airbnb at end and had a great restaurant (with blue chairs) that had great food. Beds were comfortable and back bedroom was very quiet as well. The owner met us at check-in and explained everything. Top deck was very nice to sit, my husband actually pulled out his laptop and worked on the table for awhile. He was in heaven. But we enjoyed sitting on small deck off living space too. Husband and myself w our two young adult children loved that we were so close to everything. Do not hesitate to book this airbnb.

I can’t recommend Evangelos’ place enough! This was the perfect place for my husband and I on our short 3-day stay in Athens. The location was great, very walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The walk to the Acropolis was uphill so we would get a quick/cheap taxi there, and walk back to the Airbnb (~15 min walk). We felt very safe in the neighborhood, there were always people around. The hot tub was such a great place to relax after long days of walking, and the view of the Parthenon was just lovely - especially at night. Finally, Evangelos was so easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. He also connected us with a great driver Petros, who picked us up from our cruise port and brought us to the airport. We had a fantastic stay in Athens and everything from check in to check out went very smoothly thanks to Evangelos!

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
