Villa holiday rentals in Kalymnos

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs, but this one was truly special. Theodoros was an excellent host, always quick to respond and very helpful. His mother welcomed us with homemade pastries and local honey, which made us feel right at home. The Flower Villa is beautiful and incredibly well-equipped. We had everything we needed, from towels and blankets to a fully stocked kitchen. Whether cooking meals or enjoying coffee in the peaceful garden, we never felt like anything was missing. The villa felt like a home away from home. The location was great too, with the beach, bakery, and mini market just a short walk away. Agios Kirykos is only a ten-minute drive, so renting a car is a good idea for exploring more of the island. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The villa is warm and cozy, and even the cats outside were so friendly and sweet. Ikaria is a stunning island with lovely locals, great food, and a laid-back atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. I would like to thank Ms. Nihan very much, I recommend that they do not miss this nice accommodation for those who come to Turgutreis.

Our stay at Julie’s place was excellent she pick us up from the port and took us to the place she had filled the fridge with waters and other items she was very helpful. the area was walking distance to the beach and bars / restaurants. The veranda had an amazing view. 5 stars

Incredible house and incredible host. Many issues on our part and Kemal always went out of his way to help. Beautiful home with a comfort that allowed for a relaxing holiday. conveniently located with a lot of great restaurants that were walking distance. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bodrum.

The house is wonderful, with attention to detail, clean. Every day it is cleaned and refreshed. It is the pool that is cared for. Everything is perfect, anything is answered. Privacy is 100%. It's a unique place. I want to go back!A hug

This villa was beautiful! My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights and did not want to leave! We stayed in 2 places while in Kalymnos and this was by far our favorite! Very private! One of the few places with a private pool and grill! We had the family over and cooked tomahawk steaks and ate on the patio while watching the sunset. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely stay here again. Γιώργος was very helpful and pleasant to deal with also!

From our first contact with our host Tolga, we felt completely at ease. His communication was clear, kind, and reassuring. We had a wonderful holiday. Although we couldn’t enjoy the sea during the first few days due to early-season weather, we made up for it later. The calm and peaceful atmosphere was a real plus. There are two different coves within a 5-minute walk — a big advantage. We especially liked Karaincir Beach for its calm, clear water. The house is modern, stylish, and surrounded by greenery. The spacious garden was perfect for spending time with our 2.5-year-old daughter. Tolga was always helpful and quick to respond to any requests. During the Bayram/holiday week, he even surprised us with homemade „baklava and sarma „— such a thoughtful gesture. We felt right at home and would love to stay again. Thank you for everything!

Lovely villa - Felt like a private hotel and Sait was a great host! Super helpful, even offered to make us breakfast throughout our stay. The rooms were furnished so nicely and the pool area was gorgeous too. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a place to stay for bigger groups too!

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

Mr. Ercan is extremely caring and did everything he could for all our requests, we thank him very much. The location of the house is very good, we knew the distance to the center, so there was no problem. Even if you don't have a car, there is a minibus in front of the house, and the market, bakery, sea, etc. are within walking distance. We were very pleased.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

We had a totally magical couple of days at Asim’s sunset villa. The view by the pool is very special and we enjoyed watching the sun go down over the water. Asim’s house manager was extremely friendly and attentive and helped me to source some catering and a cake for a special birthday for my husband. We absolutely loved it and we would definitely go back and visit again!

My husband and I booked Anna’s Katina on Leros for a four day trip with two of our friends who were visiting from California. Unfortunate my husband was sick with bronchitis, so our friends went without us. Here is their review: “Daniel's place is amazing. He was a great host. He met us down the road and we followed him to the house. The decor is delightful and the outdoor areas were great for reading and just enjoying the view. Don't be put off by the small number of reviews. You cannot go wrong with Anna's Katikia. Leros is a nice, laid back island and Daniel will take great care of you! Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Asil and his wife were so helpful and accommodating, which made our experience even better. They were always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This year, we stayed at Mr. Mahir's house like last year. Her mother Ms. Nesrin greeted us at the door and even brewed our tea before she arrived. I had the opportunity to have a very enjoyable holiday with my family. This is a place where you can feel like at home. The fact that the complex has a beach amenity for its own use (you need to go down some stairs, you can go half of it with your vehicle if you wish), and its own private pier allows you to meet very clean and clear waters. Thank you for everything, it will be our first choice again next year.

Every corner of the house was designed with pleasure and most importantly, it was clean. It provided an understated, flawless accommodation. All the amenities in the most popular part of the area were just a few minutes' walk away. The garden of the house was so pleasant that we didn't want to leave the house. The host was open to communication and was very helpful with the check-in and check-out time. I hope I will find availability on my next Bodrum trip.
