Located at 500 meters from the village of Tholaria, the House lies on a mull surrounded by hills. It nests on a land in terraces with its vineyard and vegetable garden. The house is entirely self-sustaining, relying on solar power, winter-rain water storage and traditional farming methods. The dirt path leading to the village is a 7minutes walk and the house can be accessed by car at a low pace. It's the departing point for many beautiful hicking tracks.
