We really enjoyed this wonderfully quiet and private villa. It is beautifully styled and true to the photos. The view of the pool with lovely planting around it and then the sea in the background is simply stunning! Katerina was a welcoming and friendly host and provided a detailed list of recommendations for our stay both locally and across Zakynthos. We’ll have to visit again to get through the list! Like other guest reviews, we ended up spending more time at the villa than at beaches because of how beautiful and chilled it was. The villa is up a bit of a steep hill so you’ll benefit from hiring a car. If on foot, the supermarkets and nearest restaurants are a 10 minute walk from the property and the nearest beach is 30 minutes.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in Paxoi! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, which could be enjoyed from almost every corner of the property. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with modern comforts. Every room was impeccably clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. The outdoor area was a paradise – we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and enjoying meals on the terrace with a view that felt like a dream. The location is perfect for those looking to experience the tranquility and beauty of Paxoi. It’s secluded enough to offer complete privacy, yet just a short drive to charming villages and pristine beaches. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.

An absolute gem, we had an amazing stay at Maria's place. The house is absolutely beautiful, modern with quality all around. It's also super private with nothing but nature around you. Will definitely be coming back!!

This was an outstanding villa in a perfect location. It was private, picturesque with amazing views. There were up to 10 of us with family and friends coming and going. We were able to walk to local taverna and to Batsi for wonderful meals and coffee and ice cream. Batsi is a beautiful little port town and we felt we had the best location on Andros. We ate lunches and dinners at home using the BBQ. You do need a car or scooter to reach the bigger supermarket. We swam off the rocks and from 2 walking distance beaches, the sea was perfection. The pool was chilly but we all swam daily. We also walked some of the Andros walking routes which were clearly marked and drove to other towns, beaches and to Cyclades Olive Tour. The cleaning service was outstanding and the kitchen was well equiped. Alex was a helpful host when we needed him but we were pretty independent.

Wow!! We cannot recommend this stunning villa and space enough. We are already making plans to return. We were a group of 6, and we utilised all features of this beautiful place, the infinity pool, BBQ area and rooftop balcony. The stay would not have been the same without the kind help and recommendations of Aggelos. With the cleaning service, pool upkeep and local recommendations including a stunning boat trip to the Blue Caves, and a fantastic butcher for the BBQ, he is a very helpful host. A truly unique, quiet and relaxing space to enjoy with friends or family. Stunning views with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars, at the bottom of the bay. We rented a car for the trip, be careful driving up to the villa as the roads are uneven - When parking a car, park up on the right side of the Villa, not the left! We had a wonderful time. The place was exactly as described and Theodoris was very responsive to our questions. He also arranged to have someone take our luggage to and from the place, which in Santorini that is a huge bonus!! I can’t forget the wine from his family’s vineyard he provided! The location is great as well!!

The villa was fantastic and our host was even better. Perfect sunset every day. Very clean and comfortable. Bakery and grocery stores nearby. Excellent restaurant just down the hill as well. Our host Dimitra was the icing on the cake. She treated us like family <3

Beautiful villa inside and out - loved every minute of our stay there. It's an excellent location for lovely village of Mochlos and there's a bay where you can swim to left of harbour. Marilou was always on hand with any recommendations etc we needed. Only negative is we didn't realise that the bedroom with its own entrance is actually in a basement so very little natural light. Didn't bother us but does mean you don't see the beautiful views. Can imagine it keeps cooler in peak summer though.

The house is simply gorgeous. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The host was very generous with items in the refrigerator and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of recommendations of places to eat in the area. Michael met us in the driveway upon arrival and showed us everything in the house, that was very kind. Especially loved access to the washer and dryer because we were traveling with kids. It was too cold to use the pool, but if you are here when it is warm, it would be such delight.

Our stay at Villa Castellum was amazing! The villa is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The hammam added an extra touch of luxury and made our stay even more relaxing. We stayed here for a family vacation, and it was just what we needed. The beach and the village are only a 10-minute drive away. The house had everything we needed—nothing was missing, and everything was thoughtfully provided. Maria was incredibly kind and helpful—she responded quickly to all our questions and made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you, and we will definitely come back!

This place was absolutely breathtaking, and the service Evi provided was truly exceptional! I honestly don’t know how she managed it all. After a storm impacted the pool and walkways, she reached out before we could even ask—letting us know that someone was already on the way to take care of it. She treated us like VIPs and was always quick to respond to any questions. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone! The location is peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to Chania—a charming town full of great shops and delicious food. It’s the perfect spot for families or a group of friends. We just can’t say enough good things!

I could not ask for any more from a host, Thodoris was so passionate about his job, adaptable, friendly and caring. Kalymnos, for me, is an utterly beautiful island. To stay in this property felt like luxury to go with it. As soon as the door is closed you feel like you’re in your own little world. It couldn’t be cleaner and fresher. The view from the 2 balconies was stunning and I cannot wait to go back. Thodoris will go out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay with anything and everything you need. A wonderful, privately located villa with amazing outdoor area, exactly as shown on the photos, surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees. The house is so well equipped and has very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Although the area is quite rural, there is a great restaurant 5 mins walk away and Nidri center is a 20 mins walk with many small supermarkets, beach, restaurants and bars. We especially appreciate the host Panos who was always available to help with anything we needed. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Being a remote area, sounds of the surrounding flora and fauna can be heard regularly 😊 The local stray cat is very cute and friendly. A car is necessary to visit all the beautiful areas of this fantastic (still quite free of major tourism) island. We highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back some day soon. THANK YO

The location was the best we have had in Kefalonia. Everything within easy access although you do need a car. The airport is very close by and Maria was helpful in recommendations and helping us arrange hair for a wedding etc we attended!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and right at home. The space was open and comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind. The beds were super cozy, and everything was spotless and well taken care of. The view was absolutely stunning—hands down the best place to watch the sunset. Every evening felt like a postcard moment. And the pool? Truly what dreams are made of. We spent hours there soaking it all in. Our hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They even left us a lovely welcome gift, which made our arrival feel extra special. Whether we had a question or needed a recommendation, they were always quick to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful, picture-perfect getaway.

Luxury was the accommodation placed right at the sea with lovely surroundings near a wonderful beach and a great swimming pool. If you are looking for a peaceful house at the coast that accommodates easily two families this is the place to be on Andros. Chora is only 15 min drive away where you get nice restaurants and some shopping. The house itself is lovely yet don’t expect 5 star amenities and services. Over all a lovely stay and friendly host.
