Cozy place, clean and fresh. Nice reception, good communication. A little crowded but it went well because we were mostly away doing things during the days. Quiet location and very cozy with its own terrace. Nice host couple.

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in a quiet location yet also walking distance to the old town & castle. Michael & Emanuel were very responsive, helpful & flexible hosts. Only downside is the bathroom is small but it is clean, functional & has a great shower. Also, the pillows are small & only 2 provided. Nevertheless, overall highly recommend this apartment if staying in Kalmar.

Clean, fresh, well-equipped kitchen. We felt at home. Parking on the street outside. Next, a sea view between the trees. Close to the sea, swimming, castle and walking distance to the center. We highly recommend this nice apartment.

Tomas was incredibly helpful and keen for us to have a good time with him. Everything was very adapted for our family and the kids really enjoyed it! The proximity to both Kalmar Castle, playgrounds, restaurants and concert area made it easy for us to explore Kalmar and we are happy to stay more times at Tomas's place!

Nice place to stay for a few days. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but also not far from the city center, shops, restaurants. The place had everything you needed.

The place was very nice and nice. It is located in a very nice part of the island, there is also a beach nearby. Very highly recommended. The location of Robert’s place is perfect for anyone who love to enjoy Kalmar city. Just walkable distance to many coffees shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. I booked the place to stay for an IRONMAN Kalmar event and it’s only 5 min walk to the race event. For the host, Robert was very helpful and friendly. He gave a clear instructions about the accommodation and also recommended us about the IRONMAN event which was very helpful to me. The place is spacious and has lots of toy for a family traveling with kids. It was very good stay and I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice place to stay in Kalmar.

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!
