Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Ni har 120 meter till Kalmars populäraste bad med 180 meter lång badbrygga och även en sandstrand med långgrund sandbotten. Ni har Kalmar slott och Gamla stan i direkt närområde. Mitt emellan centrum och natur och friluftsområde. Bara 500 m till närmsta restaurang vackert belägen i slottsallén. Det finns två cyklar som man kan hyra för en mindre summa.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

The property is in good condition with anything you need for a short or long stay. Suitable for two adults and some child. Welcome!

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
