Cozy place, clean and fresh. Nice reception, good communication. A little crowded but it went well because we were mostly away doing things during the days. Quiet location and very cozy with its own terrace. Nice host couple.

Magnus is very friendly, the check in and out was very simple. They had forgot to leave the apartment key but magnus wife brought it the day efter! Left the apartment unlock, very safe area which is nice. Free parking at the front yard. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Very spacious accommodation and matches the photos. Mona and her husband are discreet and were always available during our stay. Great for a family vacation.

We thought it was a very nice apartment. Everything is present. Also a nice sunny terrace. Wonderful bed, good kitchen. Within walking distance of the center. Would definitely book it a second time.

A great and very cozy basement apartment with an incredibly nice bathroom! Comfy beds, even the sofa bed. Very clean and fresh. Super nice and easy going hosts. The children could walk freely on the farm and among the animals. Everyone in the family is super happy. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay with Patrik! Sadly we only had the late afternoon until the next morning, since we were just driving through but we would definitely stay again! Patrik has a dog himself and my pup had a friend while we stayed there! The little house has everything you need and if there is anything you need to ask, Patrik and his family are right next door! Thank you Patrik for the very nice welcome and I hope to come visit again 😊

The apartment is new and fresh in a quiet and quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and easily cycled to the city center and Astrid Lindgren's world. The host is very nice.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but also not far from the city center, shops, restaurants. The place had everything you needed.

Nice apartment with walking distance to the center. Easy parking and we found electric car chargers within walking distance. Cozy villa area with nice old houses!

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in a quiet location yet also walking distance to the old town & castle. Michael & Emanuel were very responsive, helpful & flexible hosts. Only downside is the bathroom is small but it is clean, functional & has a great shower. Also, the pillows are small & only 2 provided. Nevertheless, overall highly recommend this apartment if staying in Kalmar.

Clean, fresh, well-equipped kitchen. We felt at home. Parking on the street outside. Next, a sea view between the trees. Close to the sea, swimming, castle and walking distance to the center. We highly recommend this nice apartment.

I had forgotten something in the apartment and remembered it while we were at Astrid Lindgren's World. Anneli was super nice and came to meet us on the way to the train so I could get it back. Extra star in the edge!

An incredibly large and beautiful apartment, with a super nice bathroom, large and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment even has a pool table, 2 seating areas and a dining table that matched the number of people. We were 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space, both in bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen. I have stayed in a hotel room, etc. with overall less space than there is in the bathroom, which is more like a ballroom, with a 2-person jacuzzi, a delicious shower niche and even a large sauna. Frida is very helpful, thoughtful and kind. Absolutely recommended for a trip with the family in Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world.

Nice, clean and nice. Some noise from young people on Saturday night (but it said in the listing that it could occur). Good place for a family!

The location of Robert’s place is perfect for anyone who love to enjoy Kalmar city. Just walkable distance to many coffees shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. I booked the place to stay for an IRONMAN Kalmar event and it’s only 5 min walk to the race event. For the host, Robert was very helpful and friendly. He gave a clear instructions about the accommodation and also recommended us about the IRONMAN event which was very helpful to me. The place is spacious and has lots of toy for a family traveling with kids. It was very good stay and I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice place to stay in Kalmar.

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!

Victor is very kind and warm hearted host. I felt welcomed and at home. We even spent time together going for a swim and into town.
