Monthly Rentals in Kålltorp

We booked Susanne and Subir's apartment for two months and we had such a wonderful stay. I have absolutely no complaints and would live here forever if I could! The space is lovely and bright, clean, full of greenery, and very comfortable. The area was perfect with kids - lot's of great playgrounds nearby and the Nature reserve was just steps away for forest play or jogging. We had family come and visit us while we were here and they loved staying in the upstairs bedrooms and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. But the best part of staying here is Susanne and Subir's hospitality - they are so kind and so accommodating. They really go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel welcome.

We stayed for two weeks and found Elisabeth as warm and helpful host. The apartment in the basement was as described, all pictures were as in reality. There was always good communication with the host. Also with the other inhabitants, as the host's mother and her daughter. We could use the garden whenever we wanted. We recommend this place for everyone who wants to stay close to Gothenburg's city but not directly in the middle of the busy city. By tram, the city centre is easily reachable, within approx. 20 minutes. Car parking is easy at Elisabeth's place. Shopping and eating possibilities are given by a footwalk's distance. The neighbourhood is quite and relaxing. We thank Elisabeth for making our stay very comfortable and would book again if the occasion arises.

An accommodation we recommend in every way! The apartment was nice, well cleaned and equipped with everything that could be needed. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful for a good night's sleep and at the same time close to the bus stop, to easily get to the city. We'd love to come back!

Very smooth check-in and was super nice. The bed was super comfy and perfect for those who have bad backs like Both me and my friend have. Cecilia was easily accessible via the app for questions and concerns. We thought it was a shame that we never met her as she was always available in the app and super nice every time you had questions. One of the nicest landlord you've ever dealt with! Will definitely book again next time we are in Gothenburg! Highly recommend
