Bungalow holiday rentals in Jurassic Coast

Great peaceful location. Didn't realise it was a static home but it was really nicely done out. Huge TV with Netflix (kids super happy in the evening!) Communication was great and The Boathouse restaurant which was a few minutes walk away was so great. Lovely location and great food. Really well placed for exploring the local area and gorgeous beaches.

Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

Was exactly as described, a lovely bungalow, with beautiful smelling flowers on the path up to the front door. Good place if you want explore Dartmoor (and meet the ponies), and Exeter. The beach in Exmouth was lovely and was very close.

Accommodation is very nice. As per picture it’s same. Very clean . Peaceful place . Near to the attraction by car. Hannah is very helpful and quick responsive. Had very good experience with host and accommodation. Thank you .

We spent a wonderful week at Jo's place. The bungalow was everything, which was described on the listing page, but so much more too. I've stayed in about 10 Airbnb properties & I can honestly say that the views are the best I've ever had! The place has everything you could possibly need or want for a very comfortable, relaxed holiday. When we discovered how lovely the property was, we made the decision to go out in the day (lots of great National Trust places & gorgeous little villages / towns / beaches to visit) & stay at home in the evenings, to make the most of those breathtaking views & the comfortable living space. We enjoyed the easy walk down into Bigbury on Sea to the fabulous beach & across to Burgh island (at low tide of course!) The property was very easy to find & get into, with great, clear information about everything we needed to know. We would definitely recommend Jo's property to anybody thinking of visiting this beautiful part of the country.

We loved staying here, the location is amazing, so close to the sea and the high street. Swanage is a lovely place to visit. The apartment is basement level, but doesn't feel like it, lots of light and a good amount of space. Looking forward to coming back! Thanks Blake

Grant had a problem with the bungalow the day before we were due to stay and instead of cancelling our booking he found another place for us to stay on the holiday park and arranged everything for us with the site office. Grant was fantastic even though he had his own issues to deal with. we could not thank him any more. stay at his place he will be a great host and the location on the island is fantastic

Just back from a fantastic three nights at Paul’s place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. Drinks up in the bar on the top decking at the back of the house in the evening with stunning views was real bonus. There are plenty of games to keep you occupied and we didn’t turn the TV on, not once. A nice spacious kitchen and a dinning room table that sits 8. We walked over to Burgh Island for a lovely meal at The Pilchard. Had a dip in the sea. Played golf at the very friendly and welcoming Bigbury and Thurlestone golf clubs and rounded it all off with a final meal at The Oyster Shack, only 10 minutes drive away. Lovely place just what we required

Dulcie's House was an excellent location for our holiday. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, and all the beds were perfect. The garden was amazing and gave a real feeling of tranquility and privacy. We all really enjoyed watching the wildlife from the huge windows on 2 sides of the main living area, including Goldfinches, House Sparrows, Robins, Blackbirds, Dragonflies and Bumblebees. Excellent location for touring around all the main attractions, such as Cheddar, Wells, Burnham, Glastonbury etc. etc. Tony was an excellent, communicative and friendly host.

I stayed at Sharon's house for three nights. Sharon is a lovely person and showed me the house etc. I could not have been more comfortable there, everything and more that I needed. Also very quiet. Thanks Sharon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sofia. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable and is one of the best equipped places I’ve ever stayed - everything has been thought of! It’s easily walkable to the beach, as well as the popular local restaurants. Perfect for a relaxed break in a pretty part of Dorset.

This was our third stay, and we booked again for next year before leaving. The venue is ideal for the New Forest and perfect for our annual trip to Beaulieu national motor museum. The place was beautiful, perfect for two guests but could be small for more than that. There’s not much to do in the surrounding area but the walk along the beach was beautiful and easy to get to from the lodge. Easy to travel to other places by car and overall a lovely place to stay.

Great house, comfortable and well equipped! We would recommend this place!
