We've just had a wonderful stay at the bungalow, which is set in a beautiful, quiet location with a private garden behind the owners house. The bungalow is well equipped with everything you need and Louise and Ian are excellent, responsive hosts (thanks for the scones). Beer and Seaton are both within easy walking distance, about 15 mins, on the coastal path. We did a great walk from the door passing through Beer to Branscombe, which has a fantastic pub called the Mason's Arms, and a working mill and a forge. All worth a visit. We then walked back along the cliff which offers some amazing views. The walk was about 10 miles in total with some steps and steep climbs, so you will need to be reasonably fit. We also visited Lyme Regis and Charmouth which is a brilliant location for fossil hunting. It really is a beautiful area which is well worth a visit.

We had a lovely stay, the location was perfect as was the flat. Very clean and comfortable with all you need for your stay and lovely dogs are welcome even though the flat had zero dog smell or dog hair ☺️. If we had to find a tiny negative it was maybe the pub next door which has live music each weekend so can be a little noisy but it would not put us off staying here again. We were also very grateful for the parking permit and most of the time we’re able to park directly opposite the flat. All in all a lovely stay! Thank you Cate!,

Had a lovely stay in Lyme Regis. Chris was really helpful and flexible. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was big and super comfy and we all slept so well. Would definitely recommend.

Our second stay here and it won’t be our last ! Very spacious, extremely comfortable and sparkling clean.Everything thing works extremely well. Fab kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable furniture and easy to use TV. Enormous comfortable bed and very user friendly bathroom. Definitely not exclusively for people with access problems but for my husband in a mobility scooter it was perfect. Easy and safe parking and perfect location. Are you getting the vibes that we liked it ! We are looking forward to coming back ! 😀😀

We had a really enjoyable stay. Caroline provided good instructions on how to get there and the guide book then had lots on information regarding the apartment and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. A beautiful and peaceful getaway. The hosts Diz and Adam have really thought of everything to make your stay here amazing and the generous hamper waiting for us meant we were well equipped so had very little else to buy. The close walking distance to Milford on Sea and the array of eateries and pub/wine bars meant there was no need to argue on who was driving! We can’t wait to return.

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

We stayed for 3 nights. The holiday house was spacious enough to fit family of 4. Plenty of room to play for little ones. Very clean and well organised. The only improvement I could suggest would be to install slim dishwasher but it was perfect anyway. I would recommend and come back.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! 4o iful apartment

The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

We got to the Wales Retreat and from the moment we walked in we flet so at home with the cosy features. The property smelt beautiful all throughout. Everything was spotless and even the fridge was equipped with essentials which was greatly recieved. The loaction is absolutely beautiful and I was in love with our own secluded private decking area with the most comfiest beanbag seats! Pet friendly which was a bonus for our GSP - she loved having a little area outside of her own and tje site was very welcoming to dogs. We will really be booking in again although we sre struggling to find your availability! 🙂

Fantastic, clean and well-equipped caravan in a beautiful setting on a fantastic site. Hayley couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and responsive. Ladram Bay offers so much for a young family and our children loved the site, proximity to activities and the beach. Thank you Hayley and family for sharing your holiday home. We will definitely visit again!

Emily has a lovely caravan in a quiet spot on an otherwise busy site. The caravan felt surprisingly spacious and it was great to have that second toilet available. It was also lovely and very convenient to have the shower. The site offers a lot for families with several play areas, crazy golf and swimming pools.

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

The beach hut is a perfect retreat. It is beautifully kept and has a gorgeous private garden which goes right up to the water’s edge. It’s wonderfully located less than 5 minutes walk from the main Sandbanks beach and Rick Stein’s restaurant. The Studland chain ferry is also very close giving access to stunning Shell Bay and the wild National Trust beaches. Michele was very friendly & provided many thoughtful touches including her homemade lemon drizzle cake - sublime! I would love to return as it’s a perfect spot from which to explore this area or just to meditate on your bed with a sea view. Thanks Michele!

34 Monmouth Beach is exceptional! Really well equipped and the space has been used thoughtfully! We go back regularly, perfectly placed for enjoying Lyme Regis. It provides the perfect ambience for relaxing, writing, reading with the beach and sea literally on your doorstep. The kitchen is well equipped, the pint of milk in the fridge and packet of biscuits are very welcoming and after a long journey, ideal to enjoy a much needed cup of tea or fresh coffee (both also provided). A slice of paradise! We loved, loved, loved our stay here. The views from the deck were spectacular and enjoyed taking these every day. We felt such a scene of peace and rejuvenation being here. The location can’t be beat if you are looking to visit Durdle Door/Lulworth Cove/Man O’ War. Nicky is extremely responsive to all messages and provided great recommendations. We hope we can stay here again in the future! 10 out of 10!!!

The house is in a great location and neighborhood, beautiful views of the sea with the beach a 5 minute walk, there is even a lift down to the beach if needed. House was well equipped, very clean with clear instructions. Lots to do with great walks and shops nearby. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time in a very comfortable house with a great location!

This was a multi generation family holiday at half term. It was priced as you would expect for school holidays. The location is fantastic and the views are amazing. Chesil Beach is a couple of minutes walk down the road. It is hilly but easily accessible for people with no mobility problems. It was home from home with everything you needed for a very comfortable stay whether you cooked some meals there or accessed the local cafe or pubs. The parking was clearly explained and although we never managed to park immediately by the cottage we weren’t more than a few minutes walk away. We were able to offload the luggage and had a supermarket delivery without any issues. Clare gave us some lovely recommendations for things to do and where to go for meals with children. All in all a fabulous place to spend some time in a lovely location which was a pleasure to experience.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We had a really lovely stay at Sea Thrift. Emily is a wonderful host and gave us all the details we needed to know before our stay. We were also able to contact her if we needed during our stay. The hut is gorgeous. So peaceful and relaxing and a lovely view of the sea. The hut is tastefully decorated including some lovely artwork created by the owner. We had a lovely walk along the coastal path towards Dartmouth , enjoyed the sauna at Blackpool sands beach and also a paddle board. We feel refreshed and relaxed and hope to be back again. Thank you 🙏

I’ve stayed at this property before many years ago when it was first listed so this was a return trip because of how good it was the first time. It’s great to see its still in exactly the same condition it was all those years ago. Is quite simply one of the most beautiful apartments there is. The location is incredible and it has been decorated with such care and thought. The photos don’t really do it justice even though they are great too. It’s a place you will visit and think “ I would love to live here” Modern with a hint of style overlooking the sea, you can’t really ask for anything more. A lovely touch of being able to check out later was the icing on absolutely wonderful trip. This one isn’t to be missed!
