Monthly Rentals in Juniper Island

Our family (6 adults) enjoyed the weekend cottage stay immensely. The kitchen is large and well equipped and we cooked the majority of meals. The beds are comfortable, the two washrooms are a generous size - it is good to note these are located on the main floor while the bedrooms are upstairs. The cottage has a great view of the changing leaves perfect for a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend getaway.

What a great spot The Rogers Retreat is! Such cozy spaces inside for family hangouts, and a beautiful view of the lake. We appreciated all the amenities and comfy furniture. It was the perfect backdrop to our cousins' reunion. Chris was a welcoming host - very accessible and great communication. Thanks for everything!

Such a quaint private cabin situated on a large farm property. The host had complimentary farm fresh eggs, fresh jam cookies, and a scavenger hunt on trails within the property for guests to explore. There were also llamas and chickens on the way in and maple syrup, jam, and more farm fresh eggs for sale. They had a detailed instruction manual with directions on how to work the heater, compost toliet, taps, and all other equipment. The instructions are clear and everything makes sense if you follow their directions. The bed was extremely cozy and comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend this cabin!

My husband and I celebrated our 1stwedding anniversary kayaking in The Kawarthas. Shay's place met all the requirements we needed for our stay out of town. The place was immaculate, had all the amenities we needed and the bedding, bed and towels were hotel quality. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
