Monthly Rentals in Joppa

Claire’s place was exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It is her home, so it is not clinical and soulless; it is homely and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean. Entry instructions were super clear. Claire was extremely helpful with bus/train details to get in and out of the city. There are tonnes of restaurants and coffee shops along Portobello High Street and also down onto the promenade. Being so close to the beach was an absolute joy - and The Beach House about a 10minute walk away did a terrific breakfast and lunch. Would totally recommend Portobello as a location and Claire’s place offered everything we needed.

We stayed in this flat in Portobello, Edinburgh for about a month. The decoration and furniture were nice and made the place feel cozy. It was easy to access public transport and the city centre is about 20 minutes away. One downside was that the water pressure wasn’t strong enough for a comfortable shower. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Emily’s apartment is in a wonderful location along the promenade, the views are spectacular, and it was so easy to get a bus or taxi into town. Her place was pristine, beautifully decorated and she included some lovely little treats and super helpful instructions. It made my stay for the Edinburgh Marathon festival a really special trip! Thank you :)

The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day break. Gary gave us some good advice about the local buses into Edinburgh and the bus stop was only 5 minutes away as was an Aldi supermarket. The bus into the city took only 15 minutes and was always reliable. The house itself was very modern and the bed was SO comfortable! Will definitely recommend Gary’s house to family and friends!
