Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jonesport

Sydney’s house was perfect for our family! It was clean, with beautiful views on a quiet, private street. The house had plenty of toiletries, we didn’t need to buy any household items while there. The hot tub was clean and perfect for a breezy afternoon looking out at the water. Sydney was a great host, providing tons of recommendations on places to dine and sites to see. Perfect location to visit both the Schoodic Peninsula and Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor! Would love to stay here again.

Great private spot. Off the beaten path. Could be further from Bar Harbor than some might prefer. Very clean, scenery was great and we paddle boarded and kayaked as we had direct access to the water. We really enjoyed our stay and Chad was super responsive and very helpful.

Natalie and April's cabin on the lake is absolutely amazing! Extremely quiet and so peacefully relaxing! Very clean and organized with just about everything you could imagine needing available to you! We will definitely be booking with these wonderful ladies again next time we are visiting!

Gorgeous ocean views right on the water! Every room has gorgeous photography on the walls, the house was extremely clean, everything clearly laid out in the house manual. Sunrises and moonrises over the ocean were stunning and unbelievable. Amazing location, super close to Tidal Falls. Drive to Acadia was easy and it is a great spot in between the Schoodic peninsula part of Acadia and the Bar Harbor part.

This is the perfect basecamp for exploring MDI! Quiet, secluded but also located within an easy drive of SW or NE Harbor, Bar Harbor or all things Acadia. Scott was an excellent host and we felt right at home.

Diana has hosted an amazing place in a fantastic location. She was an exceptionally friendly and responsive host, who made sure that her guests had everything that they needed and more. The place definitely lives up to its name "The Adventure House", as it had served us as a fun base of operations for all of our fun trips in the Downeast part of Maine. It was very close to many exciting outdoor activities, as well as great stores and local restaurants. The scenery on the walks and hikes were very beautiful. Diana really has hosted a special place here. The place was very clean, organized, and her guidebook made it easy to understand everything about the house and where everything was. I really enjoyed my trip with my family and friends at Diana's place, and her exceptional qualities as a host and the place that she has made it very special. Thank you!

We booked this as a resting spot for our Acadia trip after our initial booking fell through. This is not the closest booking you can get for the park, since it involves driving almost an hour through some pretty remote hilly places (which provides for a scenic drive in the morning). The cottage itself is well constructed, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are all great. The heating system does make creaking noises through the night, and while we were spooked on the first night, we got used to it by the second. Joanna was a very communicative and gracious host who even left a basket of snacks and goodies that absolutely made our day after a long road trip and hike. Overall I would highly recommend booking this cottage to escape the city and check out rural Maine.

Great place to stay for a few days and explore the area! The space was beautiful and cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay at April’s private river retreat house. The apartment was very clean with lots of amenities. The travel toiletries were a nice surprise. We were about a 30 minute drive from Bar Harbor but it took close to an hour to get to some trailheads in Acadia NP. The weather got hot during our stay and April had her husband come to put the window AC in for us which was appreciated. Our only complaint was slow response time from the host during our stay and difficulty finding the driveway upon initial arrival. Google maps said the house was 3 doors closer on the road than it actually was. We would love to come back in the future!

Such a cute place to stay near Bar Harbor and Acadia! The dogs were adorable! Perfect place to stay after a long day of exploring.

Dear Julie - We had a fantastic time in Maine, the people were lovely and your place was absolutely perfect! All new, so clean, private bedrooms, a hot shower after a day of hiking at Acadia, et cetera, et cetera. You have every single detail covered from the kitchen to the bathroom. I was in need of nothing and really had to think to provide some constructive feedback, and here it is. A vegetable steamer basket would be a great addition. Haha, that's it. Sooooo glad we stayed in Ellsworth instead of Bar harbor. Don't get me wrong, Bar Harbor is beautiful right by the ocean, but it's a bit too touristy for me, and the inflated restaurant prices are hard to endure. A 25 minute drive from Ellsworth put us at the loop road entrance to Acadia, so simple. We spent Saturday night at The Black Moon Public House whooping it up with locals to live music by the band T.O.M.B. Perfect week, perfect ending. If you read this and need a place to stay, book it. You'll be glad you did.

Great place for visiting Acadia. I usually try to book inside National Parks or as close as I can. Her place was 18 minutes to the visitor center and the drive was a nice drive. The breakfast food she left was awesome. Her kitchen was stacked with everything needed to cook dinner. 4 deer and 8 wild turkeys crossed over her front yard. It was a peaceful place to come back to after the crowds in the park.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! It looks newly renovated and has everything you need. You can tell there is meticulous detail put into every room. Perfect location for a quiet base for Acadia NP. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely place! Donna and Dave are very kind folks. It’s close enough to bar harbor, Acadia, and other fun places but far enough to be quiet and out of the way by the lake. Ellsworth is nearby and we actually liked it better than bar harbor!

Love this Condo. Superb location in Blue Hill Village, easily walkable to everything downtown. Modern and updated making it very comfortable. Well equipped with cleaning/cooking supplies so you can "live normally". The hosts are super responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

The location of the condo is perfect if you are looking to stay in Maine to explore Acadia. The condo itself is minimalist but completely adequate. The indoor swimming pool and amenities at the clubhouse are perfect for anyone with kids and/or rainy days! The views were beautiful off the deck. I would definitely stay again!

The photos don't do this place justice. It was spacious and squeaky clean. Beautiful views of the water. For a busy marina it was pretty quiet. During the day there would be people just outside the unit talking but nothing disruptive. Great price for a beautiful place. Only about a 25min drive to Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

Pretty solid place, was on a discount but was clean, relatively near acadia, but only qualm was that it was a little hard to find. Not reallly host’s fault, we got confused. Overall solid place

The condo was so convenient, it had minimal furniture, so it was open, gave a lot of space to my kid to run around and play without the risk of getting hurt. the place had everything you could need plus the added benefit of Netflix and HBO accounts provided by the host. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans needed . They have a lovely patio , we couldn't use it because it was too cold but it'll be awesome to use in summer. Derek was super friendly. He responds within minutes and always has something to help and offer. The place also came with a pack and play which was really nice

Brian’s place was great! Can’t beat the location. Everywhere in Bar Harbor was walkable. We stayed with our two toddlers and it worked out perfectly for us. There was a unit above us but the noise level was pretty reasonable. If you’re a light sleeper or have kiddos, I would suggest a white noise machine. Brian was great and even sent us some great recommendations. Would absolutely stay again!

This condo was the perfect home away from home for our family vacation to MDI! Everything was excellent from the view to the location to the amenities to the helpful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Good clean place to stay that worked really well for two couples traveling together. Do read the description carefully because there is noise from the road outside the bedrooms. All of us slept well though even with the road noise. Great ocean view and nice balcony.
