Cozy accommodation, just a few minutes from UNIVILLE, with a carefully prepared environment to provide comfort and well-being to guests. If I returned to Joinville, I would certainly stay there again. The host, Eliane Terezinha, was extremely cordial, attentive and genuinely receptive, providing a unique, welcoming and personalized experience. I have stayed in several places, but I have never been received with such affection and dedication as I was by her.

Roberta is super attentive and responds on time, this is very important for us who sometimes travel without a destination and have to host at the last minute. I like it a lot

The apartment is delightful, super well located, close to everything, pharmacies, market, restaurant, shopping. Very easy to communicate with the flipkey! I highly recommend it.
