Monthly Rentals in John Smith's Bay

We stayed here in April 2025 and loved Belinda's place. First of all, the location is great: in a nice neighborhood, a few steps to the nearest bus stop, and a grocery store in easy walking distance. And it feels like right in the "middle" of everything, so whichever way you are headed on the island, it's never very far to your destination. The view from the window/yard is truly gorgeous. The place is perfect for 1-2 people (mom and kid in our case; or for a couple). It is small but well organized and equipped, and there's plenty of outdoor seating too. The bed is really comfortable (which should not be taken for granted!). All the instructions and information were very clear and informative, and Belinda was always super quick to get back to us. Definitely would love to come back!

True to the Bermudian culture, Goodwin is the friendliest of hosts. He responded promptly to our many, many questions leading up to and during our trip. We appreciated that the apartment matched everything in the listing; the place was thoroughly clean, the kitchen well-stocked with more than we could need. The location is perfect, mere minutes from the airport and only a few steps to two of the main bus route stops, and the beautiful Railway Trail just around the corner (that's well worth the time to explore and walk in either direction as far you're able or willing to go). Getting around the island from the apartment was trivial. Beware the tiny little ankle-biter of a guard dog upstairs; that puppy has a big attitude until it's able to come sniff and check you out. :-) We would be more than happy to stay with Goodwin again should we have the opportunity to return to Bermuda. Stephen and Faith are exceptional hosts as is their cottage The cottage is the perfect blend of charm and modern amenities. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. This was our 6th trip to Bermuda and we finally found our go to place. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and the Railway trails. Bus stops are within feet of the cottage although we used a moped to get around. Privacy was never an issue. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful cottage. It will make returning to Bermuda so much easier.

we stayed at Wayne's place for 3 days and we had the most memorable time and we wished we could of stayed longer but it was definitely worth it great neighbourhood great ocean view everything was just amazing my fiancé was really happy...😊
