Had a great stay, everything went smoothly and the host was communicative and made everything easy.

Girls trip with 7 woman. House was perfect for us. Lots of bedrooms which was great. Comfortable beds n nice clean linens. Love that there was a small beach we could gather to view the lake. Very pretty n relaxing. About 12 min into jim Thorpe for an afternoon of browsing the shops n dinner. Highly recommend Linda’s place.

If you value coziness, warm and inviting environment, responsive, friendly, and attentive host then Cozy House will not disappoint. From the moment you start communicating with Vera she lets you know you’re in great hands. She wants your stay to be the best possible. I highly recommend you spend few minutes reading about Vera and her family history. Only then you’ll understand Cozy House was decorated with love, with family in mind. The location couldn’t be better, safe, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, within minutes from all the amenities and lakes. My family and I enjoyed every moment and created lasting memories together!

We spent a few days at Chen's home in mid-April. The open layout of the living room and kitchen was great. The indoor hot tub was a huge plus for us, especially for my 7yr old. There are 4 bedrooms, so plenty of bedrooms for larger families as well. Overall we had a wonderful time at Chen's home. I would recommed his home to anyone looking to getaway for some R&R and feel right at home.

Everything was so spacious and very quiet which is what we were looking for. Though the weather was not in our favor the amenities in the home allowed us to still enjoy our stay. Regina was very quick with reaching out and was very specific on all the ins and out during our stay. We definitely will be coming back again and also recommend the place to others we know.

We enjoyed our stay at Edwin's house. It was well appointed and clean. Edwin was very responsive to any questions we had. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit with our family. Thanks for being a great host!

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

I’ve stayed in several AirBnb’s and Ranjan’s ranks as the top favorite. Gorgeous inside and out with every amenity one could ask for - it was truly a home away from home, especially for a large group with kids/teens. Short walking distance to the beach in an extremely quiet area nestled in trees (and partial views of the lake). We wanted to take advantage of the kayaks that were available but the rain and cold prevented us from doing so, though we were grateful they were even provided (bikes too). The house easily accommodated our group of 7 (5 teenage girls) with 3 floors to spread out on. Absolutely beautifully decorated, enough hot water for all of us to shower between 3 bathrooms. The washer and dryer came in handy when we returned from our rain soaked hike, and the wood stove was perfect for warming ourselves (and making s’mores). We also appreciated the personal touch with the gift basket of goodies for both kid and adults. Lots to do in the area as well…highly, highly recommend.

Wonderful home full of little interesting and tasteful decorations. We will be coming back with family for our next visit to Jim Thorpe.

Just like the pictures. Ecclectic, unique space in a great location. Walkable to all the major attractions, lots of shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Close drive to some great hikes. And dog friendly. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I had a wonderful 1 night anniversary getaway to the schoolhouse and had a great time! Cheryl was very responsive and clear and the stay was well worth it. The home was clean, cute, and just as we expected. The greatest touch was the welcome gift basket with local goodies. We absolutely loved the home made bread and cookies! Hawk Mountain Sanctuary was so close and beautiful for hiking (despite the rain we ran into). We also visited the local butcher and winery, the Yuengling brewery, and the Brick House restaurant for dinner, which was delicious! This trip was just what we were looking for and met our needs completely. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home Cheryl!

We had an excellent experience, the place was tidy, organized and peaceful. The hot tub was warm and clean we had a nice time there. The environment was quiet and fresh. It was near to nice places.

The house is beautifully done with a mix of old charm and nice modern updates. The surrounding nature is stunning. We also loved the games. There is a cute little country coffee shop 15 mins down the road called Sugar & Loaf I highly recommend.

Beautiful home to stay at in Jim Thorpe. The whole place is immaculately furnished and styled, but also felt so comfortable. We were excited to come back to the house after a long day of activity, and we would be excited to stay here again. The house is old, so it has some of the quirks you would expect. Stairs are steep, ceilings on the third floor are low, etc. None of that bothered us, and overall the house is very charming. The driveway is quite narrow, but we did all successfully exit a recent model Rav 4 while parked in the driveway. Any vehicle much larger than that might have problems, but Jim Thorpe is not a great place to drive a large vehicle in general. My personal highlights for this home were the quality of the bedding (100% cotton sheets and king sized pillows!) and the quality of the hosts. Brian and David were super flexible and super welcoming. They provided some complimentary snacks and drinks, and even a hand written welcome card. Definitely recommend!

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

Elizabeth’s place was beautiful and spacious. We had a friends’ weekend trip and the home was the perfect place to stay. It is only about 15 minutes to the main street in Jim Thorpe and other attractions. Elizabeth was also proactive in providing plenty of information to make check in and check out smooth. I would definitely recommend!

We had an extended stay at this beautiful house and enjoyed every minute of it. House was beautiful decorated and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Definitely a very comfortable place to stay. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood! Close to the town and pickleball and tennis courts in the neighborhood.

The house was lovely. Everything was very clean and the decor was nice. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and dishware, there were more than enough sheets, throws, and pillows, and the hammocks outside were very comfortable. The owners also had multiple movie subscription services logged into the smart tv. In addition, the house itself is in a great location, the town and other sites were at most a fifteen minute drive away. The only thing to note is that the fire pit is not usable due to a burn ban placed by the county. Overall, the experience was great! My family and I enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely consider renting again.

Can't say enough good things about Debs place! She was so accommodating and flexible, which was really appreciated. There was a cute brewery and a pub super close, plus downtown was a short, lovely walk. Very quiet and peaceful, in a great part of town!
