Townhome holiday rentals in Jersey City

This is a rare 3-bedroom in NYC that was very family friendly for us - had a baby gate on the stairs, portable high chairs, and a few toys and baby plates. Its location is also right by a park with a playground which was great for the kiddos to have a nearby place to get around. Solid wifi and TV as well. From the back 2 bedrooms we didn't have any issues with noise but there is apartment above the front bedroom which did hear some noise on weekend nights. Sarah the host was extremely communicative and helpful when we wanted the back patio tidied up and some additional supplies.

We recently stayed at Lexia's place and found it to be a comfortable and cozy option with everything one might need for a pleasant stay. Lexia was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood is located quite a distance from the city center, so it's something to keep in mind for transportation.

Had a very enjoyable time during my stay. Hosts were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Gave lots of great recommendations for dinner spots and shopping. The house was very comfortable, clean, and cute. Will definitely be booking again!

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

Leigh's place is great! Very comfortable, I enjoyed every sound sleep at Leigh's place. 5 min walk to Path station and easy to NYC. I hope I could stay with Leigh's place if I will pay visit back! Highly suggested.

The place was great! Leecia welcomed us, explained everything and gave tips for the area. You can reach the next train in about 10 minutes and be in Manhattan in about 30-40 minutes. You couldn't lock the door to the room from the outside, but we didn't mind. Eggs in Leecia's description - they are busy with their own life. Personally, the bed was a bit too hard, but that's always a matter of taste. The fact is, you don't get the same size or helpfulness for the same money as there! An absolute recommendation!

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

Elizabeth was a fabulous host! She was responsive to messages and was right there at check-in to greet me and give me the keys. The apartment had plenty of space - 1 queen and 1 twin, and was spotless! I was a 10 min walk to the family I came into town to see, which was perfect for me. She has a cute covered patio in the front of the house, which was an added bonus! I will definitely stay at Elizabeth’s place again when I come back to visit family.

I used to live on the same block, so the location was familiar and very convenient for me. The apartment was comfortable, and I would stay there again. It was exactly what I needed and I had a great trip.

Location is important in a large city like NY. This home served as a base for time with family, and moments at wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, botanical gardens, museum, all within walking distance of this home. We enjoyed a home with wonderful modern design space, and Japanese sensibilities, which managed to maintain a connection with its brownstone roots. Our beds were comfortable on Japanese style tatami platform. With a huge open space kitchen and large media area downstairs, you can find a space to soothe yourself after an active day out and about in NY. Our stay was wonderful!

Nine of us enjoyed a fantastic stay. With the two separate floors, our younger generation had the space & privacy to come & go without any disturbances to us older folks on the first floor. The beds allowed for refreshing sleep & everyone had the privacy they needed. The community spaces are perfectly set up & centrally located. Travel to and from Newark airport was very convenient &, for us, the location was an equal distance to the parties we attended over the weekend. Without hesitation, I recommend this home. It exceeded our expectations & allowed for multiple generations to stay together & connect easily while also maintaining space. The hosts are also fantastic!! They were always available & responded quickly. Very kind, helpful & understanding when I had requests. Lastly, the home is a great value and worth every penny!!

Everything was great…..location, everything we needed (great grocery store a couple of blocks away), the subway station was close, Lisa was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely consider this property for future visits.

Beautiful, Clean & Culturally Inspired Stay! Andre’s Airbnb was beautiful and felt like an African oasis, filled with unique African décor. The space was very clean and comfortably fit our group of 11 (5 adults, 6 kids) for my nephew’s 11th birthday. Both vehicles fit in the garage, and the washer/dryer was a great bonus. A few suggestions: the back bathroom and kitchen windows could use curtains for added privacy, especially if the neighboring property becomes occupied. Also, the living room listing photo shows a large sectional, but there are actually three large chairs that seat two each. Updating the listing would help set expectations. The bar countertop also has four chairs, which helped with group seating. Overall, the home was spacious, safe, and conveniently located—just 20 minutes from American Dream. We’d definitely stay again!

John’s place was perfect! Super cozy, the washer and dryer was a huge plus, spacious, and clean. There aren’t too many places to stay in Park Slope and it’s the only place we like to stay when we’re in the city.All around a wonderful experience. We’ll be back for sure!!

We had a week fantastic stay in Urban Serenity - a beautiful brownstone in Harlem! The space was full of character and charm with lovely architectural details that gave it an authentic New York feel. House was clean with comfortable beds, lovely linen & had everything we needed for our NYC experience. Highly recommend & will definitely return if travelling again with 3 couples.

We absolutely loved staying at Christinas place over Christmas. The house is as gorgeous as it looks and we felt right at home. The train station and ferry are in walking distance and great restaurants are just around the corner.

We stayed at Lukman’s house for 8 weeks while our house was being renovated. Lukman was proactive with instructions and the place was very clean upon arrival. The house more than met our needs.

We had a great experience visiting New York and staying at your Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and you were a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return. I didn’t meet John but he made check in easy for myself and my mother-in-law. We needed to check in a little bit before the check-in time and John was able to accommodate that. He was very nice and easy to communicate with. The place was as described, even a little bit roomier than we had expected. We were visiting family in Brooklyn and we were able to get over the bridge pretty quickly and get right into where we need too. It’s a quiet neighborhood with free parking. I highly recommend Johns place.

I'd love to stay here again anytime, perfect place for 4 people for a New York visit! There was only one negative aspect, which was mentioned in previous reviews, but it was really noticeable that the residents on the upper level were very loud even in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, all the noise sounded like it was happening right next to us. This was quite disturbing. Despite this, the accommodation itself was great and we thank Amalia!
