Holiday rentals with a balcony in Jefferson Parish

The French Quarter Mansion is a wonderful place to stay. The accomodations are classic New Orleans charm with just the right amount of modern ammenities. The apartments are very unique have so much charm. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in an old school charming flat with loads of character.

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved our stay! Beautiful, charming home that was very comfortable and clean. Gorgeous high ceilings were an added bonus that can’t be fully captured in pictures!

The area is perfect. The building was so niche and unique with lots of original details left. But the upgrades and renovations made it perfect with everything we needed. I can’t say enough about how beautifully decorated and furnished the entire mansion is. From the entryway to the courtyard to the unit itself and even the balcony was super cozy. The location doesn’t get any better than this. It’s so close to anything you want in the French Quarter, but just far enough out of the hustle and bustle. This will definitely be our go-to spot for future NOLA stays!!

This loft is our new go to in the city. It was absolutely perfect for a wedding weekend. Owen was super helpful with assisting us with items that we had to have shipped to town ahead of our arrival. All were waiting for us on arrival. Owen was super friendly and responsive to all questions and needs. His property manager on site was exceptional as well. Easy check in and out and a perfect quiet moment away from the hustle and bustle of a weekend in the city. Skip the quarter. Stay with Owen in this gorgeous flat. You’ll thank yourself when you are sipping your coffee from the balcony.

Great Location, lots of good restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Easy walk to street cars on St. Charles Quiet spot to relax after a busy day in French Quarter. would stay again, hopefully soon!

This was an extended weekend trip for my birthday with friends. The staff were helpful and friendly. The design of the units are just as seen in the pictures. Very nicely laid out. There was a housekeeping issue when we first arrived, which they quickly remedied. All and all a great stay!!!

Place was awesome. In a great location. Was a little noise throughout the night. But didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Look forward to staying again! Beau was super helpful and really responsive.

This rental was perfect. Ideal location downtown and great living quarters. They went the extra mile including stocking our groceries and placing luggage in the room without us needing to ask. The front desk and all of the staff were friendly and ready to help.

We had a fantastic stay at the Natchez. Honestly loved everything about the place from stepping into the entry way and being greeted to the moment we left and everything in between!

Had a great stay. Highly recommend, hidden gem for sure! Only complain is one seat in the hot tub had functioning jets otherwise we loved our stay.

We had a perfect stay for our son’s Tulane graduation. We basically didn’t need a car all weekend as we could walk to so many restaurants and the Superdome so easily. It was exceptionally clean and easy to get in and out while feeling safe. I would stay here again for sure.

Loved the place! Felt luxurious and spacious. Had everything we needed. There was a slight water issue and Beau was super proactive, communicative and made our stay in his gorgeous flat very memorable. I would move there if I could! I loved the style and taste he packed into the place without making it feel cramped or cluttered. Felt like an upscale penthouse home away from home. Would definitely recommend and return. LOVE!

We had a great time- really nice location, right along the street car, and the space was comfortable. We had great experiences at a few nearby restaurants (celiac safe, also, for anyone who needs GF). Great directions and communication. Thankful to use the space for the weekend!
