This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table! Since 2015, just steps to the St. Charles streetcar on Brainard Street (at Philip St). The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. I live downstairs and enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. Restaurants, bars and markets are on St. Charles Avenue!

Loved this beautiful, comfortable house and gorgeous backyard! An oasis in the artsy, fun Bywater. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the clubs on Frenchman St. It was the perfect space to share with friends visiting from Europe on their first visit to New Orleans. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The place truly feels like a home, not a generic rental.

I was beyond pleased with my experience. Patricia was an incredible host. Communication was top notch. She was concerned about every aspect of my stay and checked in frequently. The little bungalow is ADORABLE. Close to everything! The airport, my son's home in St. Rose, and also downtown New Orleans. It was spotless, easy to access, and the neighborhood felt safe and was, most importantly for me, quiet. I was worried about staying in a hotel during Mardi Gras because of the noise. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my stay. The value was honestly far better than staying at a hotel. I loved the peaceful outdoor space out back. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully done. Check in/out was simple and straightforward. I won't hesitate to book again for my next visit. Already planning on it. Thank you for a great stay and I'll look forward to the next one!

I’m still struggling to find the words, but my friends and I feel truly blessed we got to share space in this gorgeous sanctuary this past weekend for my bachelorette party. To be there in a space that has clearly been a safe haven for so much art and expression and community was an experience I’ll never forget. The house is so truly special and I can’t believe how lucky we are to be able to have experienced it. A true work of art. Words cannot describe and photos can’t even begin to do it justice. Bea was an incredible host, and as an avid New Orleans enthusiast, I couldn’t have drawn a better place to be in my wildest dreams.
