Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jefferson Parish

Had a wonderful stay here! The hosts/hostesses were responsive and, while we did not have any issues during our stay, I'm sure they would have worked to swiftly address them. The location was awesome and within walking distance to a lot of great places, including the French Quarter, the WWII museum, the St. Charles Trolley line, and the riverwalk area. I felt safe at all hours of the day/night in the surrounding area, and the Airbnb itself was secure with the main door building lock and deadbolt/regular lock combo for the unit. The outside surroundings were a bit loud throughout all hours of the day, but that's to be expected with its close proximity to the French Quarter (i.e., we knew what we were signing up for when we booked this place, worth it for the close proximity to the French Quarter). Overall a wonderful stay and I would recommend this location to future visitors!

Phil and I have been staying at Louis and Aldonia’s home every year for our anniversary, for about 3 or so years now, out of all the places in the city we have stayed.. Their place is the absolute best, extremely responsive and warm, very kind and understanding if any issues arise. They are very quick to responding. Absolutely incredible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so welcoming for us every single year. Can’t wait to come back next year and so forth!

Staying at Victoria's Airbnb was a great experience. The space is comfortable, private, clean, everything is working and you easily feel like home for the time of your stay. Victoria is friendly, responsive and helpful.

The apartment was a perfect location for our planned activities in New Orleans. Jesse (& family) were welcoming and caring. The space was perfectly appointed and had every amenity one would need. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment, extremely well located, walking distance from the street car and many grocery stores. Brian is a top host, very proactive and easy to communicate with (he responds to messages within a few minutes). We would definitely stay there again! Everything was terrific! I had a question about the AC and Shirley and Minka were very responsive and helpful. Very clean and welcoming and I would stay there again!

We had a great stay here for the jazz festival. Within walking distance of the fairgrounds and great little coffee shops near by. Location was great for our stay. The air bnb itself looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Water pressure wasn’t the best but doable for all the other great features. Truly enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend!

Giuliano let me check in early and met me at the house. He was as friendly and helpful in person as he had been on text (i.e. very) and walked me through everything I needed to know about the place, from the air conditioners to which light switches governed what, the locks, all of it. I don't always like to intersect with my Airbnb host but in this case there were several facets to the place that would have been trickier to figure out on own. So that first little "tutorial" was hugely valuable. Plus Giuliano is warm presence who was just nice to be around during our brief little interaction. I'll definitely want to stay there again someday :)

Probably the coolest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The sanctuary/pool was so well-equipped and we had such a great time relaxing at the end of sightseeing days. The inside was super cool as well, with tons of themed and thoughtful decorations. The Airbnb itself is very convenient to Magazine St, with tons of shops. Also very convenient to the stop for the hop on / off bus which we also used. We were nervous about not having a dedicated parking spot, but it ended up being totally fine with easy parking, and we were able to just park the car and forget about it, with cheap Ubers around $15 to get into the French quarter. Great stay all around !

My friend and I loved our stay here! The house is very spacious. There's a living room, full kitchen, washer & dryer room, front patio and side patio, and 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are conjoined which wasn't an issue for us, but might be for some if you need more privacy. The location was great, ,agazine street was very close to many of the places we wanted to go to, without the loud commotion of some places in NOLA. Marigny was communicative and check in instructions were very clear. I would stay here again!

Loved staying at this perfect little getaway home. The hostesses were very helpful and we felt right at home.

Would’ve rather spent more time at the house , than strolling the street of bourbon; felt so at home and plenty of amenities. Definitely highly recommend for anyone trying to feel that new orleans vibe , stay cozy , and overall just a friendly place! & fits anyone with a cheaper budget, will be back for sure in the future!!

Awesome neighborhood with lots of great food/drink options. Extremely walkable to all popular locations. Loved the high ceilings inside as well as the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area. Very attentive host.

Michelle’s place was as advertised with lots of room, clean, relatively quiet for its location and a great Mediterranean restaurant right next door as an extra bonus. Would recommend to anyone looking for a close location to the French Quarter but far enough away from the crowds.

We had an amazing stay at Kimberley’s condo during our recent trip to New Orleans! The space was absolutely perfect—clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was incredibly comfortable for both myself and my wife, and felt like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better. The neighborhood was super walkable and just a short stroll from all the action on Frenchmen Street, plus tons of great bars, restaurants, and music spots. We were able to explore so much of the city on foot, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Kimberley was a fantastic host from start to finish. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She made special accommodations for us and always responded quickly and warmly to any questions we had. Her hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brad’s place. The location was great. Just a couple of blocks from the French Quarter and a lot less hectic. Right on the street car line which was handy. The place is very comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to relax and feel at home at the end of a long day.

Stayed at this property for a 4 person bachelorette party. Plenty of space, clean and bright. Comfortable beds. The pool was great for a relaxing day. Walkable restaurants and bars within 10-15 mins. The French Quarter is a 10-15 minute bus or Uber ride in. Highly recommend this location if you want access to the Quarter without the noise.

We loved literally everything about this place for the first weekend of Jazz Fest! The location is perfect with loads of really great restaurants, bars and grocery stores within walking distance and with a gated area to park your car if you want to explore farther afield. The place itself is modern with roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, new fixtures, appliances and a sophisticated security system. Communications with Kelly were clear, timely and super helpful. We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed everything about my stay here the place was as described nice and clean. The host offered extra linens and covers I just loved everything about the place! They offer a pool & gym on site we didn’t have to drive far for anything & it was a quiet neighborhood

My sisters and I throughly enjoyed ourselves this weekend; the condo was beautiful and just as described. Bailey was helpful and very friendly. We felt incredibly safe and will stay here again when we return. We have told all our friends about how wonderful our stay was. Thank you!
