Entire cozy, private 1 bedroom apartment 2.5 blocks off St. Charles with secure, gated, off street parking, a back deck w tiki bar and enclosed front porch. Full kitchen as as well as washer/dryer, comfortable new queen bed. I live next door, so if you need anything or have questions, I'm reachable. Walking distance to several great places for food, drink, groceries, etc. It's also two blocks from the streetcar line, which drops you off directly across canal from Bourbon Street for $1.25.

I was so happy to have found some availability at Phil’s for a last minute drive down to New Orleans . He is a dog friendly host with a reasonable price, so there’s no way I was going to pass up the opportunity to get down there with my pup before heading home. Phil was very responsive and attentive to my needs of arrival. I didn’t make it in until about 9 I believe, and he was okay with that. He greeted me and my pup at the door and left us to get ourselves ready for bed. The room was perfect and cozy for us. And there are plenty of apps to watch some tv before bed. He left water and snacks beside the bed and had shower amenities available too. He got up and made coffee the next morning and gave my pup some time to get outside and potty. We were very satisfied with the trip and would love to make it back down sometime. The location is very close - like 3-4 miles from city park- which was a perfect morning visit. 10/10 recommended!

What a lovely and perfect room! Plus, our hosts were so kind and responsive. They even let us park our car on the side of the road before check in. There's a nice patio out back and the room was well equipped as described. Public transit was nearby and City Park was just a walk away. Would highly recommend and would love to stay when we return to New Orleans!

Rick's place is the perfect balance of peaceful comfort & convience to all that is great about New Orleans. Rick is a responsive host that always makes you feel safe, comfortable and is very considerate to your privacy. During our recent stay the entire New Orleans area experienced a short lived power grid outage. How nice it was to be with such a proactive host that supplies battery lanterns for his guests to help if needed! A person & place that absolutely deserves 5 stars!

Our stay at Jamie’s was so memorable — not only was she the most amazing host, but a wonderful cook and story teller as well! We could very easily reach the city in a quick Uber to Algier’s Point ferry or directly into the city, but we enjoyed slow mornings with Jamie making the most beautiful breakfast for us (you need to ask her about her cinnamon rolls recipe!). All in all her hospitality has redefined our standards, and it was a great trip for our first time in New Orleans.

I really enjoyed my stay at Todd's house. I normally wouldn't choose to stay in a shared home space, but this space felt very private and easy to be in. it's quiet, calm, beautiful and welcoming. The room is super cute and cozy and Todd was very responsive anytime I had any questions. Thanks again!

Alison is a lovely lady, very welcoming and always there to make sure we feel right at home. Location is pretty closed to downtown, french quarter and all the great attractions. Neighborhood might not look that nice but we feel safe and Alison's room is very pretty. Really enjoy the stay!
