I would like to thank Fabiane, the host of the apartment. She welcomed me and my wife, and upon arrival she treated us as if we were family, at home. The apartment is impeccably clean, everything is very clean, fragrant. The building's doorman is very polite and helpful. We stayed for 9 days and were very satisfied. My wife and I will definitely return again.

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs something, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable sneakers for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We were very well received by Valdemir, who explained the condominium rules and showed us the entire apartment. Guilherme was also available throughout the stay, asking by message if everything was okay. The apartment is spacious, and it was very clean and organized. Very cozy. The kitchen had basic utensils that were sufficient for the period we stayed there, however we did not cook. The beds and bedding are super comfortable. We felt at home in the apartment, very welcoming. A super positive point is its location, it is very close to the best spot on the beach and good restaurants. We hardly used the car, we did everything on foot. The building has a 24-hour doorman, which gave us security and facilitated Ifood orders. It would go back to rent for sure.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

Iphigenia's house is just like the photos. It has everything you need for a beautiful stay, even a small refrigerator to take to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a market and bakery one block from the place. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again!

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

Exceptional! the apartment is exactly what is in the listing, the kitchen integrated with the living room is a large and great space for family living, the rooms are great.
