We had a wonderful stay! Space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to ask questions and give good recommendations. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The place is lovely! Exactly like the photos, the location is great, the house is comfortable and very good! I spent a few days with my family and we loved it! Martín is very kind and available to answer questions! We will definitely be back more often :)

I just visited on fds and I'm delighted! The place is simply beautiful, with a surreal landscape that seems taken from a movie. Every detail was thought in very good taste, and the energy of the environment is wonderful. A true refuge, for those we imagine ourselves to live for many years. Simply passionate! I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

We feel like we're in Greece while in Brazil!!! Everything absolutely impeccable! The apartment is located in an exclusive condominium on the side of Arraial, at a perfect distance to enjoy everything the city has to offer and unforgettable panoramic views. The apartment is very comfortable, everything is top quality, everything is very well thought out and organized. We enjoy each apartment, each one offering a very pleasant atmosphere. The top floor is really a gem to enjoy full evenings. The pool is very clean and everything is very well maintained. Excellent communication and a lot of concern at all times from the owner and the person in charge of the place. Thank you so much for such beautiful memories!!

I can't describe how well we were received by the doorman, who was extremely friendly, an incredible person! Leonardo was very clear and collaborative with our stay. The apartment is located on a very busy avenue, well lit and gives the feeling of security. The sea is two blocks away, as well as a couple of excellent supermarkets where you can buy everything you need, including already prepared. The apartment's features are unbeatable. The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which greatly facilitated our tours and meals. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also highlight the excellent service of the host and owner, which was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. It showed great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and relaxing the check-out time, which made all the difference for our trip. I highly recommend the stay and we will certainly return at a next chance!

All the communication with Ricardo, Mari and Simone was very well done, they gave us local recommendations and a lot of information. The apartment is very nice, with an airy space and excellent leisure area. The only burden is to the toilets of two suites, which are very small, but small people will have no problem with that. The whole check-in and check-out process was very easy, and they even let us put our bags inside the apt before check in time. Overall an excellent stay.
