What can I tell you about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We're leaving with a lot of desire to come back, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

Alvorada da Marina is an amazing place! Spacious and perfect for those looking for tranquility and silence. The location is good changed as it is close to the city's main trade. The view from the living room is a panorama of the sea and the unforgettable sunset! I highly recommend…

The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Cabo Frio is an excellent destination, the most complete in the area. Having said that, the accommodation was spectacular, a spacious apartment, comfortable, safe, the ideal place to go as a family with many key points to visit nearby. Supermarket, pharmacy, and shops at the door of the accommodation. The building is in very good condition, the porters are always ready and provide very good service for what is needed. The gym is small but it does the job, the same for the pool, although there are so many options in the city that I doubt they are used much during the stay. The host was super attentive, predisposed and helpful, helping with the transit from the river to the accommodation on the way there and back, flexibility in the check-in schedule which made it easier for us and helped us a lot. In short, the destination left us amazed. It's really a beautiful and complete city with day and night activities, but the experience would not have been complete without the great accommodation we chose. Thank you!

We love our stay. Ana responded to us quickly, impeccable apartment with great location, we only removed the car from the garage when we left. We will definitely return.

Quiet stay. Great apartment, in a quiet area. Very close to the beach of the dunes, which for us was one of the most beautiful.

The accommodation is simply wonderful! Nice was super kind, already gave great directions for tours and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, just like in the pictures. Very comfy and cozy space. The condominium is also amazing, we love the food at the restaurant, the place is very beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend it!!

Paula, the hostess, was extremely welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us the place, which is wonderful. I loved meeting her, I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The apartment is very well equipped and well located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I will definitely be back.

Our accommodation was amazing, we love every space in the condominium, everything is clean and organized, it's excellent to take the whole family and enjoy everything that is offered, everything in the description is real, Petterson was very attentive, whenever he had a question he answered promptly. Amazing place and when I return to Arraial I will definitely stay there again.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

Excellent stay at Sônia's house with a great location that allows you to travel between Búzios and Cabo Frio with supermarket, bakery, convenience stores, gas station and some restaurants. The house is less than 1 km from Ilha do Japonês, 5 km from Dunas do Peró and 12 km from Búzios. All the photos correspond to the reality of the space and Sônia was super nice. I'll be back!!!

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 suites and a bedroom without a bathroom, plus a bedroom with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very large and super complete kitchen and room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has barbecue and cooktop already with gas, very nice place. The pool is small but it answered what we needed. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cut, because in the morning there was a lot of clarity. Great safe condominium house and helpful host, super recommend!

A very large house, with common areas above the average buziana, which allowed all guests spaces for good get-togethers. The swimming pool is a show apart. Enorme, good depth, kept warm in the night, only with the temperature of the day. Generous barbecue, with great suction of smoke through the chimney, leaving no smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

AMAZING STAY! Place is well equipped with your kitchen needs coffee maker , a blender which is hard to come by a plus . Cozy space , comfortable bed and enjoy the peace a quiet at nights. The grounds are well maintained I mean beautiful views while sun is setting over the pool spoiled is an understatement. My go to home when visiting Buzios. Book with confidence.
