We spent a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. I, my wife and my son feel at home for the entire stay. The location was also good. A special highlight goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, made all the difference in our experience. I highly recommend!

The place is in the city center, so there are many restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. The main beach is also close. The apartment is big. It has 3 toilets and 2 ACs. The kitchen has all the basic things for cooking.

Great location, close to Forte beach without needing a car. It is safe with a pleasant path. Cozy house for four people, kitchen with stove and refrigerator that help a lot to prepare meals when you are tired to go to a restaurant. Hot water shower. The entrance is a bit complicated, but the hostess gives a good explanation with explanatory videos and responds quickly to any questions in a kind manner. Great experience, true advertisement similar to the ad.

No wonder this was our third stay with Luciana. It probably won't be the last. The apartment is very clean, fragrant, super well equipped with everything we need (and more). Located extremely close (walking distance) to Orla Bardot and Rua das Pedras, which makes it very easy. We easily found restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores in the vicinity. It is also very easy to walk to some beaches, including some beautiful ones (Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes).

Impeccable service, always willing to assist us, gave us good tips on where to go, what to do, the best locations for sightseeing, etc. Very good space, with shops nearby and easy to access, we all liked it a lot and we intend to return for sure. Guys, you can go, the house is very good.

Our stay was wonderful at Elaine's place. The house is super complete, it had everything in the kitchen for the preparation of meals, from pans to dishes. All in excellent condition. In addition, the house has a clean, smelling sofa and the mattresses have a protective cover and were all clean as well as the clean, smelling bedding. The house has a super pleasant and welcoming decoration. We spend very comfortable and super satisfied days. The villa is located in a super quiet residential neighborhood where we can walk to 2 very close malls that offer everything for everyday life including mini bakery. Really a lot of practicality. It is a few minutes from the beach of Geribá and Porto da Barra. We love the place, it's really beautiful and the house is 4 km away from it. We enjoy every minute with great satisfaction. I couldn't help but talk about Elaine's excellent service, always available and effective in the tips and guidelines.

The stay was wonderful!! Renan is very solicitous! The house is wonderful and well equipped, it has everything we need there! All rooms with air conditioning, all with bathroom... everything perfect! I went and would go back more often, it was worth it!

Really nice place that matches the pictures. A bit of an adventure get up the roads but we'll worth it also very secure. Great grill and accessories in the kitchen. One minor note, we got back late one afternoon and had fresh fish to cook and decided to use the small oven. The temp only goes to 200 degrees and we didn't notice until we started cooking it - so took a long time. It would have been better on the grill. I would definitely stay there again.

I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

Beautiful house with wonderful view

Very pleasant, airy environment, had everything we needed, from airfryer to barbecue items. We loved the stay, Rulian is very nice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Búzios.

It was exactly as advertised, Janaina was very attentive and responded promptly, impeccable cleanliness, cozy and practical environment, they were wonderful days, and we will certainly return.

the house is in a very well located condominium and insurance. close to the beach and the commerce. good parking and safe condominium. the condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. it was great our lodging, would come back again! very attentive host. checkin and checkout super quiet. thanks for the period.

Fabio is an excellent host, always willing to listen and help us. The place is perfect, close to everything! We don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything, except the market. We only missed having bed linen included in the price (you can pay separately) and dishcloth and floor cloth. But nothing that can't be taken from home. We'll be back for sure!

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

The apartment is excellent, you can get to store the car in the garage and simply walk to the beach from the fortress to the restaurants, only remove the car to go to the long beaches. Cozy apartment I felt at home, all the instructions about the apartment were very clear and my stay was excellent for sure I will come back more often.
